For the cleric follower
WP: Mace, sling (you can choose the other 3)
NWP: Healer (2), Reading/writing, Religion, Spellcraft (so you chose the other 6 slots)

HP rerolled correctly (and with much more luck) [9d6+14] = 45+14 = 59

I don't get the freebies... I need to give a list longer than the open slots and you roll from the list? What is the list length for each level? I've 2 4th level 1 5th and 1 6th. Do I need to produce 10 items list for each level?

Damn... picking NWP again? That took me the longest time in this character creation :).

I hope to finish it by the weekend.

So the freebies:
for each spell level you get a freebie from, you make a list (4-10) of spells your char might be interested in
this short list represents things he may have looked at, but just didnt study that hard yet.
I then make a roll, based on that list. The 'freebie' represents kind of an epiphany, where something he has been working on suddenly makes sense to him. Because of that, you dont have to roll your % chance to learn it.

bob wants 'fireball' so he makes a shorter list to better his odds
bob's freebie list:
1. Fireball
2. Haste
3. Slow
4. Lightning bolt

Dm rolls [1d4] = 1, bob gets Fireball wothout having to roll to learn it

[Excerpt from rules]
Freebie’ Spell:
This spell will be selected by the DM (I’ll just roll for it) from a list of 4 to 10 spells the player is interested in. This spell does not need to be rolled for % chance to learn. Thus if Meg really wants to get Limited Wish as a freebie, she should make a shorter list that includes it to increase her chances. If she gets a different spell, she can still try to learn it in-game provided she has access to a copy. NO LIMITED WISH SCROLLS.

For the follower:
has extra 2,2,1,1 spells for wis.
WP: Flail, Warhammer, Quarterstaff
NWP: Danger Sense (2), herbalism (2), pharmacy, musical instrument (small harp)

What else?
If I'm not mistaken you should roll for the boots class and the number of wishes in the blade. Also I think I have some extra XP for magic items, no? Can I have +1 on the elven chain?

Ok, freebies are...
4th lvl: Wizard Eye, Remove Curse
5th lvl: Cone of Cold
6th lvl: Mass Suggestion

Bish Bard bonus spells L4x2, L5, L6 [1d7] = 3, [1d7] = 4, [1d5] = 2, [1d4
i made a syntax error on the lvl 6 roll above so...
Bish Bard bonus spells L6 [1d4] = 3

The wps look good. you are absolutely right about the bonus spells, there was one issue with the nwp (see next line)

So, the "Danger Sense" nwp actually comes from the Complete Humanoid splatbook, and is thus only available to monstrous races so the cleric would be ineligible for that nwp.

The number of wishes on the luckblade has been rolled, but the character doesnt know the number ;) He only knows that there is at least 1 left.
The winged boots are of the highest quality :) Movement 24, Maneuverability class D
winged boots [1d4] = 4

Replace Danger sense with diagnostic (1) and Alertness (1)

Nice thing with the boots! Hura! I'm sure it will make quiet an impression.

What about the extra XP for magical stuff, am I correct or missed something. I thought I had either 100XP or 500XP extra.

Anything else?

BTW, you were missing for a while. Is everything OK?

Elven, Dwarven, Kender, Orc, Dragon (?), Giant (?), Sign language (?), Kobold. Not sure what will be useful.

I've also checked a bit the bard kits. What is obvious is that many kits has no hinderness while nice bonuses. Does it mean there is a general agreement that pure bards are a bit weak?
In any case after skimming through the bunch of kits I narrowed it down to riddle master and skald. Then I saw that someone here already picked the riddle master.
I was wondering if the bonuses described in the kits are stacked on the bards rally (it seems it replaces it since the general description is very similar, but just wanted to verify).
Will you allow Skald in general and specifically for an elf? I read it is kind of Viking style character. If not, are two riddlemasters a fair game? Lastly, since frankly Skald is more good for the group than the individual, can we improve the "Improved Inspiration" we invented so it is similar in strength to the rally of the skald? Without the other Skald benefits? That means that every 3 level can add bonus to the group which are +1 Attack, +1 Dmg, +1 S.Th., +1 morale for every 6 levels, HP bonus as the HD, -1 AC?

Thanks
