Tristen, are you the one playing the NPCs or are we supposed to play them?

[the players can run their individual npcs. What i've done so far is mostly to get them involved from the start. if the follower isnt getting used or mentioned much by their player i might post an action or two or comments from them to keep their presece felt]

No traps in the area before the door on the floor or walls. I think in my reply i mistakenly said Bryce finds no traps but it was meant to be Tabby

She will wait to do this after a decision is made to burn the webs. If they burn the webs first she will check after. If they want her to check first she will.

Zafron would like to know the depth underground 1-3 on a 1d6.

Zafron determines they are about 30 feet underground, roughly the same depth at which the main entrance was found

Nice. basically there was no floor at ground level on the other side, so it was just to see if she missed a step and fell

Zafron: find shifting wall, floor:[1d6] = 4

Tabbi has a 90% change and Zafron a 1 in 4 on a D6.
