DM how many spells can Maria start with in her spellbook. Also is it starting level 1 or 2?

Starting level is 1, and ummm 12!!??

Yep! Me and the DM agreed on it. I originally wanted her 9 years old but we came to a comprimise and made her 12. I will provide her background later.

Can vouch that I agreed to it for better or worse. Onlie's seems like a good writer so I think she'll be up to the challenge. And after all, it is set in FR ^^;

So are we starting at level 1 now? If so, then I need to change my stats so that they are back to level 1 stats.

I don't have access to my resources right now Onlie but you'd be very safe in picking at least 12 with that INT score.

So we have a thief, a healer, and a blaster. That leaves Stik and whatever Jenara is...a fighter, I guess?

Its a sub class of warrior, much like a ranger.

From warriors and priests of the realms. To the group she is probably just a ranger, her association to the Harpers is secret.

Okay, thinking of playing a dwarf, gnome or halfling.

I don't know about Elminster, but I really doubt Drizzt is in this module. Doesn't he live up in Icewind Dale?

You start with 4 NWP slots at 1st level, and get 2 additional ones due to your INT of 11.
