Christopher steps over the fallen man and advances menacingly on the others. "Drop your weapons and you will be spared. Don't let this old fool get you killed over beer."

"We can't do much in this.." Eloise muses taking Thelmas hand, "I have an idea.." Pulling on her arm she breaks cover keeping low and darts around the battle, dragging Thelma with her she runs around towards the side wall of Building 10.

Building #10 is octogonal, in the side closest to the keep (#6), there is a framework gate. Loking through it, the girls see that this is the well house: there is a round stone structure in the middle and a pulley system with a bucket attatched to it. several atacks of buckets are lined up against the walls.

"We should take the old guy alive, do you think we could?" She asks Thelma, keeping quiet and hidden. (Is there spare chain laying around? Her first thought is to put a bucket over his head!)

There is no loose chain or rope laying around, the well house is kept tidy. but there are buckets aplenty, in neat stacks.

Walking into the well Eloise checks down the hole for a moment before grabbing one of the buckets.. "We attack him from behind, putting this on his head.. I cant, ummm err threaten anyone, but you could."

((Just to be clear, was I attacked by the one I toppled or by another? If it's the man I toppled, do I still take that damage?))

Thelma smiles at Eloise and says in a low whisper, "You get his attention, and I will sneak up behind him if possible." She draws out her dagger, "I will use the flat of the blade to knock him out."
I will try to attack the man after sneaking up on him with a strike from the handle of the dagger.

Dale uses his dagger to attack the man if possible and move to help his companion with tactical position.

Using the battle as cover, Eloise grasps the bucket tightly to her chest and tries to sneak around the back of the old man
Hide in shadows: 1d100=81, Move Silently: 1d100=61.
With that she jumps up, bucket in hand and drives it down on his head with as much force as she can.

@ IL: Yes, Saul won initiative and attacked first, but didn't completely incapacitate his enemy. In falling, the man swung his warhammer at Saul and hit him in the side, for 2 damage. But he is prone now, Saul could hit him now automatiacally if you choose so.
@ pixie chick and Jenara: I don't see how Eloise and Thelma could get behind the old man. Building #9's ground floor is open to the courtyard, the old man is staning
inside it. With everybody's attention on the fallen man and the mysterious archers, they might be able to sneak from building 10 to the corner of #9, but then they'd be in the man's line of sight.
If any of you want to disbelieve that there are arrows and archers (except Matthias, of course), you need a successful INT check.
I've added relative positions of the men and the enemies to the Valckenburg map. but please bear in mind that it is not really to scale, the buildings are much larger than that. But if I made the letters and numbers to scale, they'd be too small to read! the square buildingn (1 and 2) are 21 feet long and wide.

[OOC]No worries. Everyone knows that this is a hobby. It's not as if there is some ethical or moral obligation or binding contract in place. We're playing a game here. No apologies are necessary.[/OOC]

Matthias, seeing that the men fight on regardless of his ruse, spits out the spell in disgust. The arrows stuck in the ground and the archers on the rampart fade into nothingness, and the old apothecary fits a stone to his sling. He lets loose at the man attacking Dale, as he's got the cleanest shot that way.

Eloise holds her position, clutching the bucket tightly to her chest. "We should wait, jumping out would get us killed."
