Galanis helps Egg up and supports him. He looks at Ari, Angel and Frasco to measure the situation.

"Follow them as requested." She lowers her head in Eggs direction, mouthing the words "I'm sorry." Before approaching the guards. "I am going to speak to Master Fraso, now." She stands firm, "The rest of you go to the Temple. Liri, I have no right to order you anywhere, go where you wish." Angels voice is cracked but she stands firm, moving to the Legionaries.

"Please tell the Primus I wish to speak to my employer." She announces her hands resting on her hips.

Galanis follows the Legionaries to the Temple pretty much worried about leaving Angel alone in this hostile place.

"I will stay with you" Liri says quietly. She stands behind Angel's left shoulder.

Ari wauts to learn more of this Fraso...

"I am fine alone. Make sure the others are safe, please?" She whispers back to Liri.

"I don't know how I could do that, but I will obey to strengthen your leadership" Liri whisper back, before she makes an acknowledging nod and turns on her heel to join the others.

"The primus will debrief your employer separately, so as not to have his testimony colored. You may speak with him after, I assure you. In the meantime, the primus bids you go to the temple. It will give you a better understanding of the situation here." Lucius' tone is polite, but unyielding. The two burly legionnaires backing him merely stand there like a wall, watching the proceedings with casual interest that borders on disdain.

Galanis will follow the others.

Angel glares for a moment and turns on her heels, doing her best parade march she walks to the Temple silently engaging with no one.

(OOC: Angel is rather angry right now)

The legionnaires remain quiet as the group leaves the villa, although one grizzled veteran standing at the gate to the street gives them an uneven grin and says, "Enjoy your day."

To the northeast, a thin plume of grey smoke rises above the rooftops, marking the spot of the still smoldering house. Ari leads the way southeast, so as to avoid bringing the group past the crowd that is likely still assembled around the ruin.

Legionnaires in pairs are still patrolling the streets - it's been well over an hour since the fighting ended, but they are diligently searching for stragglers.

Here and there people watch from the doorways and windows of their homes, staring at the legionnaires and the group. Their looks are a haunted mix of fear and resignation.

As he leads them onward, Ari pulls the apparent leader 'Angel' aside. Summat ye should be 'ware of, lass.... afore we reach tha temple... Ari watches the half-elf closely, 'es sacrificin' townsfolk... tryin' tae draw his foe from hidin'... it is nae a pretty sight... ye'll want tae brace yerself and yer folk...

"No it's not." She responds grimly. "I have been around these people.." she scowls her voice full distain, "I saw the reaction to my actions, it wasn't pretty. I'm a troublemaker and no doubt I'll be leaving Master Fraso's employ soon enough."

"He is allowing the people to be turned? A dangerous game, now I understand your reaction." She pauses and nods. "I will warn them, if they listen..." She shrugs.

Nae, lass... not sacrificin' ta the undead... crucifixion... this'll make five now... countin' the one tha's on display now... he says, investing the emphasized word with a wealth of scorn ans disapproval.

"Evil Bastard.." Angel glances back in anger. "My opinion on the Legions hasn't changed since they threw me out." Accenting that by spitting in the direction of the tent she moves their conversation to the others. "Ari, would you like to tell them? So they know."
