THAC0 stands for "To Hit Armor Class 0" and basically it's your 'to hit' score. The lower the better. It's how you know what number you need to hit an opponent. You take your THAC0 score and subtract your enemy's AC from it.
For instance, Drav's THAC0 is 17, which means in order to hit an enemy with AC 0, he needs to roll a 17 or higher (17-0=17). A troll has an AC of 4, so if he wanted to hit a troll, he needs a 13 or better (17-4=13). The sahuagin had an AC of 5, so he only needed a 12 or better to hit it (17-5=12). Your THAC0 improves over time as you level up.
ROF stands for 'rate of fire.' It shows how many times you can attack with that weapon in 1 round. If it says '1/1' that means you can only attack once per round. So '2/1' or '3/1' would mean you could attack twice or even three times per round. But '1/2' would mean you could only attack every other round.
There are also your saving throws, which is a die you roll to determine if you are harmed by something other than a normal attack. If you roll that number or higher, you pass. Otherwise, you fail.
PPDM means 'Poison, Paralyzation and Death Magic.' It's sort of your fortitude score to determine how well your body can fight off things like poison and such. (Death Magic refers to any magic that is meant to instantly kill you, even if you are at full HP.) It's influenced by your CON score.
RSW means 'Rods, Staves and Wands.' It reflects your reflex abilities, like how quickly you can dodge a beam from a magica wand and such. It's influenced by your DEX score.
PP is 'Polymorph and Petrification.' It's kind of your system shock roll. If your body is forced to undergo a traumatic change, how well can it survive?
BW is 'Breath Weapon.' It's pretty similar to RSW, but instead of trying to dodge a narrow beam, you are trying to dodge a large cone attack--like the fire breath of a dragon. It's also influenced by your DEX score.
Finally, there is S which means 'Spell.' This is the standard save against normal magic spells.
