Angel looks down to her feet, a puzzled look on her features, "People expect me to know so many things, no one understands that most things are alien to me.. I do not understand people, emotions or social graces." She shrugs. "At times I fear people just see me as a child.. That girl." She motions to where Salia was sleeping, "She understands far more than I ever will."

"Regardless, I understand, I will not react that way again. Of that you have my word." She looks again at Salias tent. "I fear something sinister is going on, when you look at Fraso you get ... Distracted correct? I feel the same looking in her direction." She blushes, "I admit that sounded far better in my head. But regardless, it is as if a a cloud covers her, forcing you to look away. It scares me, I am not afraid to admit."

Galanis packs his bedroll and looks for something to eat.

[Breila]

Liri smiles at Anges after she promises to be more discreet. When Angel mentions Salia, she looks puzzled.
"With Salia, you get distracted like you do with Fraso? I didn't notice, I don't look at her often" Liri admits. "I guess Fraso gave her a necklace like he wears them. But why?"

[Jenara]

"Necklace?" Angel asks, wishing she had known that last night, had it something to do with protecting her? "Are you saying that Master Fraso has a way to prevent others from watching him?" She asks, cogs whirling in her head. "That would make sense if Salia was given the same. We need to teach her how to protect herself using the dagger I gave her, right now she is surving on luck."

Putting her hands through her hair she shifts on the ground. "I need to protect her."

[Breila]

"Didn't you notice?" Liri asked, surprised. "All the way during our journey, it was hard to keep track of Fraso. But when he had to talk to us, we could all focus on him. the only difference was that when he was talking to us, he was not wearing his necklace."

[Jenara]

"Stupid.." Angel mutters under her breath, "How could have been so stupid. Of course. He's worried isnt he? Worried that someone will find him." She smiles dispite the situation.

"So he's worried about Salia too, why else would he have given her a locket?" Stretching in the morning light, she turns to Liri. "I've been so caught up trying to be the strong leader, I forgot to ask anyone else."

[Breila]

"You deal more with Fraso than I do" Liri continues. "Is it still difficult to focus on him?"

[Jenara]

"No. Its like he's there all the time, almost as if whatever stopped us looking just... Stopped." She responds in suprise.

[Breila]

"Interesting..." Liri muses. "So either Fraso has given her what he had, or... wait a minute. Wasn't it Maughus at the beginning who was so hard to keep track of? maybe it's not something they have consciously passed to one another, but something strange that chooses to be with one or the other To protect itself? But how could Fraso control it at some point... we need to think."

[Jenara]

"He is a necromancer, what..." She pauses rubbing her head. "Daos mentioned something about losing concentration when we first found the body (adlibbing there), then I remember losing Fraso at the fire, it was if... Like my thoughts didn't want to let me finding him. Like something shielded him." Trying to focus on old memories she rests her head in her hands.

"Do you remember seeing the figure following us? The one that wasn't there? What if something was following us, and still is? It attaches itself to something? Maughus's jewellery, Fraso's necklace.. And now the beads Salia obtained?" She tried to focus.. "I am just a warrior Liri, I'm not a mage or a holy man... All of this." She throws her hands up in the air.

"I will ask Salia to remove the beads if she has them, perhaps if one of us were to hold them?" She suggests.

[Breila]

"I would be ready to try to keep them for a while, I guess I am less vital to the safety of the group than you are" Liri volunteers. "Will you talk to Salia?"

[Jenara]

"You belittle your own worth. Something I did not expect." Turning away Angel gives a deep frown, had Hiric noticed the same thing as they had? Was that why he was worried?

"Before we try this, perhaps you should talk to Hiric? She is his Sister, perhaps he has noticed? I think it has something to do with the Beads she bought, remember?"

[Stik]

Morning finds Liri and Angel sitting in camp waiting as the others rise.

Maughus, strangely, is the last to awaken.

After eating some scraps from yertereve Galanis boils water and makes tea. He offers hot glass for everyone who is awake.

"Oh, thank you, Galanis" Liri says with a smile when she accepts her glass. "This is a very good idea to start the day."
