I think it was system shock that only 100% (or 0%) is surviving, but statistically you can get enough that will do that. As far as I know once they survive the system shock and time passes by, they become true dragons with all the dragon ability scores.
Now back to smelly army... Ke'Sha doesn't mind. He is resistant to such mundane affairs of LIVING creatures
Regarding disobedient intelligent undead, Ke'Sha doesn't mind. He is resistant to such mundane affairs of LIVING creatures

Just kidding. Ke'Sha trusts himself to be able to deal with them, or flee fast enough to leave the problem behind him. But hey, we are a group of 15-17 lvl characters, we should easily deal with few ghasts, wraights, vampires and even liches (if they come one at a time) I believe. And besides, Ke'Sha has the chance to get total control over some and he is useful for THEIR patron, creating more and more undead, so they better co-operate. (They also get good deal, having dominant over new undead, dungeons and treasure once Ke'Sha leaves, and they have strong ally if they need something, and one to work on researching spells, creating new undead, etc etc).
There are spells to heal undead. I think there is undead regeneration. Also Dark something of Bashabshka... But for weak undead like zombies and skeletons, it is just easier to raise them again. Any undead creature that can't survive three attacks shouldn't bother Ke'Sha with heal in my opinion.

Is Ke'Sha actually immune to the ghast's debilitating scent? Maybe as a perk of his kit?
Also, does Ke'sha have some magical means of getting around? Because a halfling's speed of 6 is not going to outrun many undead.

In his mind it's good enough.

===========================================
Steve's got an item that will alert him if he comes within 20' of any mechanical or magical traps for the foreseeable future. He can be our trap detector, although we'll probably still want Jack for the specific identifying and de-activating/removing of them. No need to waste a wish on that.
@Nocturno: Remember that both Jack and Landro have a Mindlink with Stephen (completed about 5-6 am on the morning of the 4th), so if they get in over their heads, they can let the rest of us know.

So far Landro will send back mentally to the others the following:
-The initial path down is unaltered
-The troll bodies are gone
-The dead end hatch that goes straight down is the same
-The hatch leading to the giant door, the door was closed and the iron rods used to prop it up gone
-About to check the bone-room stairwell and 'false door'

Don't tell me, let me guess. Ke'Sha forgot to inscribe a pentagram to contain the elemental before casting the spell.
at least hope he cast Protection from Evil - okay Good - before summoning the thing...

Lol, Elementals aren't evil OR good, so that wouldn't protect him
But no, it's ok. The spell he used makes them obedient w/o checks. But until he gives it some kind of instructions...
the fire does what it does

But they are summoned critters, so Protection from Alignment still hedges them out.

Sadly, no. I left my Wand of Mass Flying in my other campaign (it only had a few charges anyway).

He can get the group past locked doors and such, though. Of course, Axid can do that, too, but Stephen can do it at longer range and without the disorientation.
Other than trap detection, he's got a few stat-boosting and defensive items and a magic/psionic throwing dagger. Plus a gem that can turn a weapon 2-dimensional but has a chance of shattering the weapon. He's going to work on making another one without the shatter chance, but it's not going to be a quick process - might be done by the time Ke'Sha gets his efreeti. If you have any spells that boost Constitution/Wisdom or affect probability - something like the Moment spell or Alternate Reality - those would be helpful. Oh! And he can tell when he's being spied on, and might be able to block it.
Note that his trap detection only alerts him that there's a trap nearby. It doesn't tell him what it is or how it is triggered.

What stat-boosting defensive items he has? And can he improve morning star as well?
Detect trap neon light the trap so it is useful still.
Efreet remark - burn!

Defensive item: Gloves of Missile Snaring. Not terribly useful for group defense.
Stat Boosters: Pearl of Wisdom and Gem of Insight - very nice for psionicists. And priests.
And yes, the gem can make the morning star 2-dimensional as well, able to ignore armor and slice through stone columns. So if Jack doesn't want it, it's yours. Up to Tristan as to whether it now counts as slashing damage - the Dimension Blade power doesn't say one way or the other, just that it works on blunt weapons too.

Steve's trap detector is a stone (see
here) that throbs and grows warm if he comes withing 20 feet of a trap. No 'faerie fire' effect around the trap, sadly.
Hey, Tristan, what would it cost to get a mesh bag made that would hold the stone against Steve's skin, so he could feel its warnings without occupying a hand? He could maybe wear it under a cloth band wrapped across his chest under his armor.

Ok I've been ignoring boring the main thread on purpose since I'm not there.... But then Landro mentions the Fire Ele. Lol that poor camp. Oh Kesha.

The main thread is still on the evening of the 3rd, while Jack and Landro's exploration is during the day of the 4th, if I understand correctly.

Yep, though we're about to catch the two up to the same timeline. Anything else for the evening of the 3rd from Axid, Steve or Ke'Sha? (Aside from Ke'Sha being chewed out by Lena

)

Stephen would like to see about getting a mesh bag he can keep his Trap Detecting Stone' in. That way he can tuck it inside his shirt to still feel its warnings, and/or tie the bag to his wrist so if he drops it, it won't be lost.
There are a fair few craftsmen around, right? Probably someone with sufficient twine to weave him something?
