The dark haired elven man Merrick nods, as the local. Yes, Skald is the capital and largest town in this land of Kartakass. Something around 2,000 people have permanent residence here. Sadly i've never heard of Skadarinn. I do enjoy the old histories of Kartakass, but I'm afraid it never bore that name as far as I know. He takes a sip from hia dark wine, which leaves a small stain at one corner of his mouth which disturbingly resembles fresh blood before he dabs ot away with a cloth.

Half-smiles at Esker's wordplay, "I'm sorry his wit is as dull as shortsword. No we are not casters, both of us are woodwise scouts. And yes for our brethren in the wolf clan we acted as such. But wolves are less savage than most men. They hunt only to feed, unlike men who hunt for pleasure and profit. But let me taste this Mee-kul-brau (saying it slowly and precisely), the path here has me in need of something to wash away the journey."

She smiles at the knight, "I would enjoy doing that sir. One can only hone your skills against new challengers. And I'm afraid I've learned all of Esker's moves, limited as they are." Notes the sorrow in Del's words, she sympathetically watches her a moment before adding, "I would like to hear you sing sometime. It is a skill I envy and am profoundly lacking."

"Live her a few days and you'll change your view on Wolves " Mira speaks under her breath. "Del puts herself down too Having heard her play I can say she could easy play in many places I have."

"I would be honoured to do so." Karl answers, "And Lady Del is indeed talented, Lady Mira does know Talent."

Delsenora blushes, giving them a tired smile.

"Thanks for the compliments, guys and gals," taking a sip of her tea and nodding at Elsa.

"I honestly just love playing it for my own pleasure and actually I think I am a better dancer. My deceased mother taught me as

she danced a lot with her followers at festivals and special occasions. They do it at dawn usually so you may find me in a meadow or opening

in a forest sometime just humming and dancing, mostly to honor my mother but also I do really enjoy it. It is a really good exercise by the

way."

"Then next time I play, you can dance, I did always want to get people up and dancing after all." Mira decides after translating for Sabrina.

"We don't really dance as much here." Sabrina explains in Harmonian (which is translated by Mira) "And we definitely don't dance at Dawn in fields or Forests. (Its not Safe, Mira adds) Oh but to do so.. to be that free.. I can't really imagine a place where you could do that, it sounds like Heaven." she sighs, leaning back against the Redhead, her head resting on her shoulder before the Bard brings her against her chest, wrapping an arm over the slim Blondes shoulders.

"I wish we knew were Pyros was, Kender dances are so free, so loose. They dance how they see the world, unburdened and curious. I need to warn you, Kender are somewhat loose with the definition of 'ownership' they see things and they borrow them. He even took my-" She groans, remembering she had placed her hidden dagger on the bed because it couldn't be hidden in her current outfit. "I bet he has my Dagger again." She sighs, shrugs and hugs the Blonde close. "The Trick is to not get mad at him, he doesn't know why he is like.. No offense to Fenrir, but there are some Crows they like pretty things, or interesting ones. A Kender probably won't take money, but he might take a pretty piece of feather." She tries to explain.

Seemingly tired, Jerry dabs again at the corner of Merrick's mouth. "Dribbling?" she teases, and smiles at the folks she's not so familiar with. "Herbalist, right. If you're dented or bruised I probably know enough about herbs to be able to help ," she offers obliquely with her customary understatement*.

Del looks at Jerry

"Being a herbalist would you know about poisons? I got this great tea for my poison from Elsa but maybe you know

something else?"

She goes on to describe her symptoms, omitting how she was poisoned.

"Some natural poisons, yes, but not a speciality," answers Jerry. "If Elsa's already treating you though, I'm not sure I understand. Testing, perhaps? But I'm not* familiar with those symptoms, so just as well Elsa's get it under control." She smiles across at Elsa, comfortable with the situation.

"I am not trying to put anyone into a difficult situation or perhaps feel odd or weird about it,

I just want to be rid of this damned poison and feel better.Like most people I like to feel healthy and energetic. Seeing

as it is in good hands, I will take my leave to my room and see you all in the morning."

OOC : Presuming Del pays for a room through translation she will head up and rest, with the tea from Elsa.

[OOC]yeah, I think Del paid shortly after arriving. The others will translate and soon she is given a key.
Anyone speaking elven can communicate with the bartender in that language. Otherwise, Merrick or Mira can translate basically fully into Harmonian. Are there any other things pcs want to do tonight before bed? (thinking this may mean Pyros' reappears at breakfast)[/OOC]

Karl is done, he will check on Bayard before bed otherwise he has nothing else.

"Catch you upstairs in a bit." Mira gives Elsa a little kiss and drags Sabrina up the stairs, the pair giggling as they do so.

Esker Manyblades

Esker downs the last of his ale, the weariness of the day beginning to weigh him down. He asks his newfound companions if they would be so kind as to arrange a room for him, since he is unable to speak the local tongue. Once that is complete he will retire for the night.

Iscind will likewise request help in obtaining a room, since she doesn't know the native language. She will request one down the hall from Esker, having had her fill of his snoring. Once in her rooms she will practice her battle stances before falling into her bed for the night.
