As the large white minotaur comes into view, brandishes his large blade aggressively and starts speaking in what Jordek thinks sounds like what he heard in the goblin lair, he bolts for the tree Chitt is perched in and swarms up the trunk to join him.

Nocturno sighs. Another problem. With a loud sigh, he draws his long sword.
"What is this now..." In common.

In Common: Your no goblin! Come out and show yourself. I mean you no harm if you are not Goblin Raiders. Are you Linar? I was told to seek you out.
He lowers his sword and slides it back into it's sheath on his back.

"Nisser." Katten spits on the ground, sheaving her blade as she turns away, "Bull Man come." She shrugs and moves to rejoin the elves, a large wolf rushing to her side as she does so.

Jordek keeps his perch for the moment. Happy to observe from where he is.

Linar takes a hestiant step forwards out of the shadows and waits to see if there's a hostile response from the newcomer on seeing the pitch-darkness of his elven skin.
***
If no violence erupts, Linar says, "I am Linar. Until recently I knew another of your kind. Have you arrived in consequence of, or in some way related to, that other?
Otherwise, if this is a chance meeting, might I know your name?"
======
Linar is a drow.

I am Bullock Whitemane, New clan Elder and Keeper of the Blood Oath. I have never met one of your race. Well met Dark Elf. I was sent to find you by Signa, Protector of the Fengris Forest. I met him in the woods east of here. He sent me to find you. He told me that you may know how to find the Lost Dwarven city of Dorinkak and possibly give me directions to its location. I am heading there to find clues to who may have killed my Mentor and Clan Elder.

Linar looks to Katten, "What befell you while we were apart? Were those rescued safely returned? Do we not hunt other goblin bands? And whatever the shaman was on about?"

"Befell?" She asks using the unfamilar word, using Elven, "I found the Waya, he knows the forest and its people. Like those here, but he has lived far longer. He knew of my people, but they were not like me. I do not belong with my People.." She mutters, eyes and thoughts elsewhere for a long time.
"The Waya said The Amber Star must be caught. The formless must be fed. The star is formed from the pieces, I think whoever unites them will have control. We CANNOT allow those vermin or whoever they work for have it. The Shaman wants to bring his god back, perhaps the Amber Star will do that?" She explains, hoping he would understand, "Beast relies on sight, I wonder if we could catch it with its own sight?"

I have no connection to the other Minotaur who came this way. I am from the Northern Clans. I am on a Blood Quest to right a wrong done to my Clan. Our Clan Elder was murdered in his home and his horns taken. I only have this strip of Plaid Cloth as a clue to who may have done this. Clan Whitemane has been a peaceful clan for many years. We are friends to the Northern dwarf Holds and trade with them on a regular basis. We have little to do with outsiders and the goings on of this region. This cloth is why I travel to Dorinkak. The Northern Dwarf Clans say that this cloth my be a Dwarven Clan's Kilt cloth from the lost city. But this city was thought to have been abandon for years and closed up to outsiders. It is the only clue I have so I follow it to what ever end it brings.

"The Formless? What's that? Or, what are they?" asks Linar (in elven) focusing on Katten. "I promised to help suppress the goblins and so I shall. This beast you mention, is it the thing called 'Basil' that the goblins pretended to be?" He tries to repeat the questions in Common but fails to say anything that makes sense.

Nocturno sheathes his sword, and settles back down.
Listening to everyone. Contemplating if he has heard anything about this in any Lore heard from the Elders back home.

"The Beast turned my friend to Stone, it cannot be allowed to live." Katten states firmly, "Formless one." A question she failed to answer, she was a hunter, not a detective. "The Formless would get form when the pieces are combined." she bluffs.
