"Good luck," Imani says to the elves. "Everyone, we need to move."

"May Habbakuk guide you, and protect you" Babushka says to the kirath, softly, apologetically.

As they walk over to the stables to get to their animals, she muses: "Maybe we shouldn't be all that quick and quiet, if we create a diversion, that could make the kirath's job easier?"

As the party climbs back up the stairs, they soon hear the sound of battle--the clashing of steel against steel and battle cries and shouts.

Hurrying to the top, they return to the waiting chamber to find the three kirath already engaged in battle with a number of Bozaks and a pair of elves wearing the white robes of Solinari.

There is a clear path to the exit to the south; it's obvious the kirath have been trying to maintain this path for the party to escape through.

Imani doesn't look back at the sounds of battle. "No, it is clear they are keeping things open for us, so we need to go," she says deciding to lead the way.

"Indeed, go!" Jerrard utters ushering the others out of the door, he keeps the Dragon Slayer drawn and ready, covering the rear, hoping the Elves will see him.

Locky looks at the Elves with a hint of sadness, she liked Dara and Aleaha, seeing them die wouldnt make her happy. She does leave with the others, but casts bless centered on the two Elf women.

Babushka follows Imani closely. "We should make sure the guards don't join the battle, that's the least we can do" she tells her.

The party, except Locky and Jerrard, start to make their way southward, toward the entrance. Jerrard remains, ushering the others and watching the elves--but they, nor the draconians, notice the party as they are busy fighting for their lives.

The three kirath fight valiantly, despite the wounds they took when fighting the bozaks downstairs. It occurs to Locky that she might have healed their injuries before they came up here, but the time for that has already passed. As they watch, each kirath gets hit at least once as they fend off the bozaks and the two elves.

Locky murmurs a prayer to Paladine to watch over the three brave kirath as they fight not only for their forest and their people, but to save the party, as well.

Babushka hurries toward Imani "We could at least fire a few arrows" she tells her.

"If we stop to provide aid, then we will miss our shot of getting out of here," Imani says as she continues forward.

"Locky and Jerrard aren't yet coming" Babuhska points out, looking back worried. Alas, she has no distance weapon.

Locky sighs again, perhaps she could help one last time, "Jerrard cover me." With that she takes the Longswoes from Jerrard and approaches Dara from behind calling on Paladine she casts the highest healing spell she has.

Jerrard covers Locky with his wand, aiming at anyone who gets too close.

Fikod and Malika exit the building without a word, along with Imani. Ulster and Thuskar, however, both pause at the entrance, reluctant to leave while Locky and Jerrard are still within.

Outside, Imani spots two elven guards, both unconscious. It's night out, with both Solinari and Lunitari full. There doesn't seem to be anyone around, as far as she can see.

Meanwhile, inside, the battle rages on. The three kirath manage to hold their own, but continue to slowly be whittled down by the draconians, who outnumber them three to one.

Jerrard draws out one of the two wands he possesses and prepares to defend Locky should anyone threaten her. Locky comes up behind Dara and prays to Paladine for help. She then reaches out to touch Dara, who is locked in combat with two enemies at once. Consequently, the kender misses, and the spell evaporates.

Her appearance, however, does not go unnoticed. "The prisoners!" the white robed female elf yells. "They are trying to escape! Stop them!"

Imani, noticing that the rest of the group didn't follow behind her, lets out a small groan. "Fikod, Malika, go get the animals," she says to the two of them as she draws her two blades. "We will meet you there," she adds as she turns and walks back inside to see what exactly is going on.

Upon seeing that they have been discovered, she curses in her own language. "Ulster, Thuskar, with me. We are going to cover the others escape, and then escape ourselves," she says to the two near the door. "Babushka, go with Fikod and Malika to get the animals. We will be there," she says as she moves past her. "Jerrard, Locky, get out of here! Now!" she yells as she comes running to hopefully cover their escape with the help of Ulster and Thuskar.

"Locky, come!" Babushka shouts, then without waiting if it is any good, she hurries out of the building to get their animals.
Do they find their gear in that building, too?
