"Well, I all ready have a riding animal, so I guess it is really all up to you on what you want to do," Imani says. "What about the magical armor?"

[Breila]

"Well, we are eight people" Babushka reminds the group. "Imani has a mount, and Jeremy and I have pack animals. There are four animals available, which cost twice as much as we could get back when we sell them im Shrentak. Even if we buy them all, we would not have mounts for everyone, and the animals would be heavily loaded. Also, we have been informed that it is not possible to ride fast in the forest, hardly any faster than an unencumbered human can walk.

My suggestion is that we buy only the ponies and pack saddles. We will walk easily when we don't have to carry our gear. Well, Locky's and my legs are shorter than yours, so we can't walk as fast as you tall folks. But where the terrain is good, maybe we little ones could ride. What do you think?"

[Jenara]

"I would like to buy a riding horse." Jerrard responds, "The price is my issue, not anyone else's. The armor is.. Shall we say not the sort of thing we can deal with here. Lockys Elven friend has a friend who can check them for us." He smiles, "And the Chain."

"I believe her friend also might be able to help me grow as a Wizard." He gives the group a glance, "We get pack animals, rations, enough waterskins to keep us.. and we head to Shenrak."

"That sounds good to me." Locky grins, "I'm happy with that. I don't like this place much."

[Breila]

"If I may correct you, Jerrard, waterskins and barrels are certainly what we have most" Babushka says with a smile. "Jeremy, you know the forest, is the water there safe to drink or do we have to behave as in a desert, take all the water we need with us?"

[Jerrard]

"Indeed, the same is true for game, can we hunt? Or is it unsafe?" He asks the man, Babuskha said to trust him, and that is what he would do.

[agamotto]

"Hunting and water should be safe, though I wouldn't expect large quantities. I think there ought to be some towns between here and the border to resupply at though so we don't have to stock up for the entire 150 miles." He replies, "Speaking of water skins, I should get mine filled while I'm thinking of it."

[HorizonsDream]

"It seems like all of these has been figured out, so I suggest you buy what ponies and such that you want, and that we continue on," Imani says. "Where is this mage that we are suppose to talk to about the plate mail?"

[Jenara]

"He is within the forest." Locky replies, "Aleaha said he was a... ummm Kirtah or something, one of the hunters who protect the forest. I think she will come along with us too." She smiles, "I wonder if she could help get as a discount?"

"Agreed, let us by the mounts, and some more rations and move on." Jerrard agrees standing.

[Breila]

"You mean buy the two horses and the two ponies? Babushka asks the group to confirm. "OK, I will do it. Even though I think that the ponies would have been enough. But that's perhaps because I have been poor most of my life and dislike expenses that are more than the absolute necessities.

When do we plan to leave? Still today, or tomorrow?"

She then leaves the room to retrieve the necessary money from the chest that Dekker usually carries, and goes to buy the animals.

[Jerrard]

"We should go in the morning, rest now and leave when we are refreshed. As for the riding horse." Jerrard hands over the money from his pile of coins, "A riding saddle and two saddle bags too."

"I will meet with the Lord, would anyone like to come along?" He asks, not looking at Locky.

[HorizonsDream]

"I think I'll go ahead and get some rest," Imani says.

[Breila]

"Alright, how many riding saddles do we need then? We do not have mounts for everyone, who will ride with whom then?"
Babushka looks at everyone, with a particular look at Jeremy, as if to ask im "Isn't there something you should say now?"

Jeremy feels the weight of Babushka's stare. "If your getting the draft horse, I would suggest the you use it as a pack animal,They are a little big to ride. I suppose the smaller individuals could ride the ponies, so maybe 3 riding saddles and 1 pack saddle, I guess." He replies, "It really is your call, I'm just helping to get you through the wilderness and don't know your group dynamics well enough to make decisions as to who should ride and who should walk."

[Breila]

"So everybody agrees with that, even if we spend more money than strictly necessary and lose half of it when we resell the animals?" Babushka looks around. "Then I'll do it."

[Jenara]

"We will and its unavoidable, but perhaps Lockys New friend can help with that. And I wanted the Riding horse not the draft." Jerrard smiles softly.

"I could ask." Locky says jumping up, "Let's go ask her." Grabbing Babuskha's hand she starts for the door.

"You do that, I will go and see the Lord." He looks to Malika, "Would you like to take a trip? We could do a little shopping on the way."
