Perhaps we don't know our PCs as well doesnt really make how we interact with others.
Thats what I was trying to do with Hubert, just went a little wrong!

Ouragana was hoping to get some reaction from Val to her problems with walking and the money. Perhaps the women will be able to talk a little in the morning.
I greatly enjoyed the game and the quest, it was particularly fun to try to understand the Aarakocra language. Resolving the problem peacefully was very important to me.
What I would like to do is make the authorities understand the Aarakocra are an intelligent race, another nation at their border with no evil intention. that's why I wanted to keep the statue, to show it as an offer of peace. Hopefully, it won't be taken away without any compensation...

I had fun with the Aarakocra language myself. I only made up a handful of words, but I wrote them and their meanings all down, so I could remember what word meant what. If Ouragana (or anyone else) ever learns their language, you can go back and reread the first chapter and make sense of what Koh'kra was saying the whole time.

I just remembered I picked persuasion and seduction for two of Dahn's NWPs, might as well try them out.

Good question, something we have yet to discuss, she comes from a small island, it has yet to have a name..

The settlement there is so small, it's highly unlikely she's ever heard of it.
Hmm, how about calling it Malitas? It's elven for 'sanctuary from war.'

That sounds like a great name, I was going to think of one myself, but that works great.

I thank you for the summary and update. I agree, I played a bit cagy early on, hell, we only had known each other 36 hours give or take. As the group progresses she will find more in common with the other strong women in the group. And, besides, negotiation is not her strong suit.
And, no, I did not feel left out.

Glad to hear it!
I've also taken the liberty of adding a new reference thread, which I'm sure you've all noticed by now. "Places and People" is a handy guide detailing any information the party has gleamed about the places they've visited and the people they've met. I'll update it between chapters.

Wasn't the plan, only Arei and Dahn have seen them so far... Not sure why the others are coming.

That's okay, Jocelyn doesn't need to go. She can do whatever she likes while she waits for the others.
Also, Breila, you gonna fix the mistake in your post that Xel pointed out, or should I?

Honestly, I don't know what mistake I have made.
