"Imani." Jerrard raises his hand in greeting, "Sorry we had some errands to run. Have you thought about it?" He asks, sitting down on the cushions

"Yes, I think I have," Imani says. "But shouldn't we wait for the others to return?" she asks.

"Indeed let us wait." He smiles, patting her shoulder for a brief moment.

(Are Locky and Babuskha still out shopping?)

After a lenghty stroll over the marketplace (or is it rather a covered bazaar?), Babushka takes Locky by the arm. "We should go back to the inn now. I am sure Jerrard will have returned. And poor Ulster is likely to die of boredom if we go any further" she points out.

"Ohhh yes!" Locky smiles holding on tightly to Bab she skips all the way.

So the two girls go back to the inn. "We're back" she announces to Jerrard, Imani and Thuskar. "Thanks for helping us to stay out of trouble" she says, turning back to the (probably disgruntled) Ulster.

"Missed me?" Locky grins.

"No problem," Ulster says, wary.

"Have fun?" Thuskar asks when the group is reunited at the inn.

"Not as much as you, I'm sure," Ulster says, noting how relaxed Thuskar seems to be.

(OOC: Sorry about that delay there. Bad toothache going on here, and it has distracted me from posting. Also, internet is acting up again.)

Imani raises an eyebrow at Thuskar as Ulster implies what happened. "....Interesting," she says. "Anyway, um, I've decided not to go after my son," she says. She looks down at her hands, as saying that much obviously pains her.

"I'm sorry" Babushka says, looking down at the floor. Although, if questioned, she would not be able to tell what she was sorry for.

"As I said, we will support you. We're in this together from now on." Jerrard gives Bab i little gesture, he hated leaving someone behind.

"So we head back? Somewhere safe? I actually have a few things to discuss, one i will talk about openly, the other i need to talk to Bab and Imani first." the mage shuffles nervously, producing a small pipe for the first time the group have seen.

"The Kender, they are slaves, they were punished for being Kender, and are crippled. I want to buy them and bring them back to a temple where they can be looked after." he looks around the group, Locky he knew would like the idea. "Your land frightens me Imani, I was offered a child as young as twelve." he blushes crimson, not knowing where to Look. "My morals are taking a battering."

"I'll help!" Locky says with a huge hug in Jerrard's direction, "How horrible! And how mean.. Why would they offer you a child?" she asks, totally unsure of what Jerrard said.

Babushka looks up. "I will help to buy the kender, of course. Even if that means that we run out of funds, or nearly so. We will need a more lucrative adventure next" she manages a small smile. "Should we go to Imani's room, then?"

"I believe i have enough myself, they were sold for 100 steel. And have not made very much." he lowers his head, fumbling with the pipe. "Or mine, if a lady will be safe in my room." he winks awkwardly, waiting for Imani to respond.
