Sue is too large unless the leathers are cut open, but that would effectively destroy the item.
Nix would fit although there's a height difference.
If the straps are adjusted, some tightened and some let out, Alicia could also fit, but it would be uncomfortable.
However, someone trying it may give some additional insight. Or may not.

The cape could be tried on at the same time perhaps..

"It was not simple mugging then." Alecia pauses suddenly catching what he just said. "An act? I am curious? What do you mean? Everyone who lives in the City knows of the sewers, and from time to time I have followed your fellows down there, some unfortunate has been injured or the like. I hear they even send wizards down there from time to time." She smiles sweetly still holding the map in her hand, "This looks like rough version of the map the watchman used.. We could ask the same street children about a sewer, they would know. I'm sure there is a map somewhere..?"

[Does the harness look as if it is designed simply to support someone climbing/hanging? what is the difference to it and the harness found in their room (or is it the same)]

Certainly looks a sewer map to me. And i agree, coin to thenurchins smacks of informants. he says, checking the sketch. He also glances at the clothes to see if they will fit. Ni blood? How difficult is it to cave in a skull without spilling blood? I can't even imagine it happening... could there be magic involved? If not, that's a true professional's work. I suppose we can presume our 'friend' was the 'red parrot'. he says, gesturing to the red garmemts. Any clue what KHD means?

"The name of somewhere? I mean a shop or a place with the initials, I'd say tomorrow we go for a little chat with the Urchins and...." She pauses her mind elsewhere as she slaps her forehead. "Tymora you shine in the strangest of times." She turns to Nix shaking her head. "I have heard rumours of a Inn underground, the name begins with a K, K.. something dwarf. Could that be it?" She asks lightly sqeezing Nix's shoulder.

"And I would sat our friend was a red parrot.. Did you say Canary a while back?" She adds turning back to face Sue.

He will sigh, unable to ignore the comment about following the Watch into the sewers.
"Only one question. Did they know you were following them?"

"I discovered a Wooden Canary here in your room earlier." He will lift it off the table to draw attention to it.

"Are you looking for the word Keelhauled?"

I think someone already mentioned the note

"The note from the locker... mentioned a 'Moon. The boy I talked to said he had a 'Moon on him when he found the corpse. So it was not a simple mugging gone wrong either. Also the body was clearly dumped, possibly prepped for the area, clothes and boots clean, no blood, but his head was caved in but a strong force."

He will spread out and try to highlight the stick drawing map, and the invitation to the Purple Palace, that seems to mention the red costume.

"Yes, yes that's the one, the keelhauled Dwarf. KHD. Could that be the starting point labeled here?" She asks curiously "Oopps did I throw that away?" She blushes and turns away with a upset expression. "Are you planning to follow this trail?"

"Yes, it seems to be my best lead. Don't beat yourself up for tossing it out. I would not have gone through that clothing unless I was aware of the circumstances either."

Of course! That must be the place. Hmmm... seems there is a lot of secrecy here. Yes, yellow canary. I hope that wooden one was simply a memento of some kind. We should be careful here...
