Switching targets Jerrard lets loose another magic missile on no 4, as he moves closer to Babuskha, dropping his spare quiver as he does so.

Moving towards Babuskha Locky releases a stone at no 4, feeling Paladines power wash over her.

Drawing out her daggers, Babushka slips forward, coming up behind one of the ogresses to aid her henchman. Lashing out, she cuts into the creature's heel, drawing blood. Jerrard sneaks up behind her somewhat, dropping off his spare quiver on the ground, but as he says nothing, the gnome never notices. He then blasts the same ogresses with another trio of missiles, causing her to stumble and howl in pain. The ogress smacks at Ulster, knocking him back a couple of feet, then angrily turns around to face the gnome who--as far as she is concerned--hurt her so much.

Ulster, meanwhile, blocks an attack from the other ogresses, but is able to counter by cutting her slightly on her arm.

Surging with the holy power of the Platinum Dragon, Imani plunges both of her blades into her opponent's chest as easily as if the ogre had been made of butter. Ripping the scimitars away, the ogre staggers, clutching at its chest, before dropping backwards with an audible 'thud,' blood pooling beneath him.

Obeying Imani's orders, Fikod and Jeremy turn their sights at the two ogres fighting Dara. Fikod aims at the smaller one, firing a bolt into its left hand just after it swings and misses the elf. Jeremy aims at the bigger one, putting one, then two, arrows into its chest. The ogre is hardly ready to call it quits, though.

Laughing almost maniacally, Dara pulls out a second weapon--a hand axe, and strikes with both of her weapons at the largest ogre, cutting and stabbing for considerable damage.

Thuskar shouts something at Dara's smaller opponent in a language the others don't understand, trying to get its attention. This is undercut, though, when he tries to attack, gets his foot stuck in a nearby root, and falls face first onto the ground.

Finally, Locky, deciding that Dara has enough support as it is, instead decides to help Babushka by getting closer then slinging a rock at the ogresses, nailing her in the chest and leaving a slight bruise.

Imani keeps an eye on the battle around her. Deciding the tactics are okay for the time being, she rushes at the ogre attacking Dara from behind.

Ulster slashes at his opponent, cutting her badly. Roaring in anger, she swings at him in retaliation, but is unable to bypass the warrior's heavy armor. Fikod fires a bolt into her arm, causing her to step back and avoid another one of Ulster's swings. Cradling her injured arm, she yells something in Ogre, then turns to try and run away.

Dara hacks and slashes at her opponent, the largest one, with unbound fervor. The ogre falls back, its roars eventually silenced as he's literally butchered by the petite elf.

Imani quickly moves in toward Thusker's opponent and strikes with both of her blades, cutting deeply into the ogre while Thuskar pulls himself to his feet. Jerrard attempts to aid with his bow, but neither of his arrows come close to striking the ogre. The creature tries to take a swing at Dara, but literally slips in his own blood and collapses to the ground with a thud. "Suh-ren-dah! Suh-ren-dah!" he cries in a panic.

Meanwhile, Babushka scores another hit against her opponent from behind, but the ogress turns to face her, tired of her meddling. She swings her fist at Babushka, but the little gnome easily rolls to the side, avoiding getting squished. Locky slings her last rock, trying to help, but the stone flies overhead and where it lands is unknown. Before the ogress can swing again, one of Jeremy's arrows pierces her throat, dropping her like a very meaty sack.

"Let them go," Imani says to her group. She points her scimitar's towards the one that cried surrender. "Leave," she says. "Now."

Babushka steps back immediately. "Yes, leave, and don't come back" she shouts at the ogres. Walking back, she notices the spare quiver lying on the ground. "Where does that come from?" she asks, surprised.

The ogress Ulster was fighting runs off as fast as she can, limping in pain. He makes no move to stop her, but keeps his sword readied just to be safe.

The male ogre gets to his feet and tries to flee, but Dara moves in and cuts him down with her weapons, killing him before he can even yell. She then turns to the others and says cheerfully, "Well, that was exciting, don't you think?" splattered in blood, some her own, but most of it the ogres'.

"Exiting?" Babushka asks, surprised. "Well I suppose it was, but it held us up once again. Let's move on. Is anyone seriously hurt?" She retrieves the arrow if possible and puts it into the spare quiver she found almost at her feet.

"Only Ulster and Dara were hit, once each," Thuskar says. "Compared to the last few fights we've had, that was a cakewalk."

"Just some bruising," Ulster replies, frowning at Dara's kill.

"I think I might have cracked a rib," Dara adds, wiping some blood from her lip. "And hey, don't look at me like that. Those things are evil. Trust me, they wouldn't have been so forgiving if our positions had been reversed."

Unfortunately, Babushka cannot retrieve her arrow as it is still sticking in the hide of the one ogre who did escape. The quiver she found on the ground contains 30 sheaf arrows, though, which more than makes up for the loss.

The dashing dwarven rogue tucks away his light crossbow with great aplomb, even managing not to grumble too much at the ogres' foul stench. He gathers what bolts he can, eying Dara sidelong. "I'd been wishing more of the same sense from these lot, but I never thought it to come from ye. Aren't ye pointy-ears meant to be full to bursting with mercy and sentiment?"

"I think even elves have things that they dislike," Imani says with a small smile. "Even though they did technically surrender. There is no reason we should act like them even if they wouldn't have done the same for us."

"Ohh, poo. I'm not like other Silvanesti at all," Dara says. "That's why I became a kirath; to get away from those stuffed shirts and be myself!"

She smiles at Imani's remark. "That's right! Anyway, are we ready to move on now? The village shouldn't be too much further now."
