Actually, Fikod and Imani (our best front-liner at the moment) are now tied with the highest HP in the group! (That will likely change soon, though; several characters are close to a level-up.)

Yeah, that's fine. There are already two people in the party with the herbalism proficiency, so the only reason we don't currently have any poison is they haven't bothered to make any. (Plus, we're currently in a massive forest full of herbs, plants, and so forth. So once you run out, they can try and make some more for you, if they want.)

For the 6th NWP I choose Locksmithing if I can have it. Meant to put that in most of all, but couldn't find it in the PHB initially. Seemed like a fine choice for Fikod after checking the thiefy book.

Looked through the kits but none seem fitting =(

Decided on some poisons though (Let me know if I've been too greedy):

1x M

He seems like much more the thief than Locky. With her current armor situation she barely has any thief skills..

That's odd; I would have sworn Locksmithing was in the PHB, as well.

Anyway, those poisons seem fine to me.

That's a good thing, though. Even without the armor, Locky's thief skills are static; they never improve, even as she levels. The party's been relying on her as their thief up until now, but they need a real thief at this point.

She was never much of a thief anyway! All part of her character.

Would Jeremy's skills in hunting, survival, or tracking afford him any appreciable level of stealth? would he know if it does or doesn't?

I'm afraid not. His stealth skills would be minimal, and probably outright non-existent while wearing hide armor. This isn't to say sneaking is impossible for him, just very difficult.

Nope, Jeremy is just a lowly Wilderness Warrior.
