[OOC: Sorry for the delays, my mother-in-law was visiting this weekend]

Artanis, Cal, Pyros and Yasir: Down by the Riverside
Artanis changes bait and the Kender follows suit. Whipping the line back and forth so the cricket strikes the water quickly in different spots, the half-elf talks with the small folk while the warrior keeps an eye on their surroundings and examines the flora and fauna as best he can. Suddenly Cal’s line pulls tight and the pole bends, beginning to pull loose of the rocks! He’s got a bite!

Mira: Wayfarer’s Rest
Airand… isn’t that Monard’s nephew? Erris asks her husband who nods, I believe it is… he always seemed a nice young man, if a bit impetuous… Shame about those two…

Guilliam rubs his chin a moment considering Mira’s other request, I suppose there is no harm in looking at her things… Though I’m curious as to why you’d want to… as I said it’s just a few changes of clothes and the like. I doubt she’ll be coming back for them, but I plan to keep them in case she does. I’ll have someone dig them out of storage for you tonight.

"Its hard to explain." She fixes his gaze. "I keep seeing.. patterns, things fitting together like music on a page. Perhaps if I knew who she was.. I might even know something about her." She shakes her head. "Does that make sense? I can't help wonder if she was the only one..."

Yasir moves back to the group and his own fishing pole and sits back relaxing and laying a hand idly on the fishing pole. He will listen to the conversation but has nothing to add for the moment, and so remains silent.

Cal almost falls over, but recovers and grabs the pole. He starts reeling it in as fast as he can. "What do I do?" he asks desperately.

Bouncing up and down as he waits for the catch to come in.

cross will listen intently "that's amassing id love to feel that side of magic mine has more to do with study. what of you where do you come from and where did you learn your craft. sorry if i'm asking to many questions i have to admit i'm not used to travel with people so i'm still getting used to not just wondering off on what ever catches my attention"

Artanis, Cal, Pyros and Yasir: Down by the Riverside
The Gnome scrambles to catch the rod, but suddenly realizes he's never had a fish on a line before in his life! "What do I do?" he asks desperately. Cal holds on tight, but the quick back and forth pulls are pretty forceful for the Gnome, and only his roguish reflexes keep him from losing his grip. Pyros 'helps' by running over to give him emotional support, "Oh boy fresh fish tonight!" The warrior returns to the group just before the bedlam strikes. The Kender's antics spur him on, "Do you want me to kill it?" he asks Cal.

Mira: Wayfarer’s Rest
Guilliam rubs his balding head a bit and shrugs, I guess. As I say, I'll have someone dig them out for you by tonight. We would consider Airand... he'll have to audition, of course. Have him stop by when he can and we'll set something up.

Cross and Elsa: The Loop
Without any real destination in mind the two step out to walk down The Loop. The halfling woman lets out a rich, carefree laugh at Cross' apologies. Nonsense! We should all get to know each other! It could be some time before we all get back to our homes and the locals don't seem too eager to reach out to us... well... except for with Mira. For some reason they don't seem to mind her much, but I always get the feeling people are staring at me. She shivers, but whether it is from the wind or her own musings the Elf cannot tell for sure.

I came from a halfling village called Hilldale. I learned from the pastor of our church taught me and I mostly try to help defend our community from nearby threats. She looks at him and giggles a little, Well if you want to know what it's like you'll have to become a priest. But what about you? You keep calling yourself a 'daggar mage', but I don't know what that means. Whay kinds of things do you like to do that keep you wandering about? The two have, perhaps unconsciously, returned to the Inn. Oh! Well... I guess it's the only place we really know... Should we go down that way? she asks, pointing Eastward along The Loop.

cross will think of the best way to explain his past "well you see i was raised as an orphan in a circus but we weren't allowed to use magic wich as you might have guessed by now is my favorite thing in the world. i left to learn magic and i didn't leave on will say good terms but i did still pick up some showmanship. dagger mage is a self proclaimed title to pull in the crowds i oftin use gar in my show at inns to pay my way, other wise i'm your run of the mill mage. i cast spells for entertainment. one i was thinking of using here is if mira were to sing a song with a good story i can animate mots of light into an illusion to go along with the story, but then again they don't seem to fond of magic here." the thought of his past made him nervice but then switching topics to why he travels made him feel a little better he only hoped she didn't notice his wince at the "left on bad terms" then he continued "mostly i travel to see the wold and find new magics"

Artanis is impressed that Cal hooked something - the ranger chuckles and calmly strolls over and assists Cal with landing the fish. He doesn't do it for him, but rather assists and coaches. "The hook is set, now we slowly wind the string around the pole - not too tight or too fast - let him tire himself out. Good job Cal."
