Artanis, Cal, Pyros and Yasir: General Wares
The small folk gather up candies while the Ranger winds a ball of enough of the thin waxed line for several spares.
[Pyros pays 4 cp for 20 bite-sized candies, Cal pays 2 cp for 10 bite-sized candies, Artanis pays 4 cp for 100 feet of strong waxed line.]

Cal pops a candy into his mouth. Lemon. Delicious. He watches, amused, as they gather the line. He goes with them.

Pyros will take a quick mental scan of the store. "Hey, so what are we going to get for bait?" He will say this on the way out.

Artanis Auir
Out of curiosity (oh no! Pyros is rubbing off on him as now Artanis is curious) Artanis looks around the shop for a black, wide brimmed hat.
"Pyros my good man, we shall secure our own bait and I will show you how to find it. It will probably be close by where we are going to fish. And if we catch any fish, we can clean them and cook lunch. Remember Cal, you need the right bait to catch the fish you want."

"Oh, children dear, if you were mine
Oh the rose and the lindsey-o
I'd dress you up in silks so fine
Down by the greenwood side-e-o."
Mira sings softly as she changes, the outfit would blow them away, and possibly Yasir too.. "Je vous habille de soie si fins, par le côté vert de bois ..." She repeats this time in Harmonian as she steps out from behind the screen. "How do I look?" She asks Elsa with a nudge.
(Mira stands in a low green corset that appears to be just about holding everything in, a long brown skirt flows about her legs)

Cross, Elsa and Mira: Blue Bolt
Elsa's eyes bug out a little when Mira comes out. Her cheeks redden considerably, Umm... maybe a scarf would... help cover... keep you from getting cold... Mira quickly realizes Cross is still standing at the door, having just entered the shop.

"Like this?" She asks Elsa draping the gold scarf over her shoulders, it falls covering the essentials but leaves a large ... Valley on display. "Marie, you do wonderful work." Bowing she makes Elsa blush once more before.
"Master Cross.. See anything you like?" She asks making sure pays Marie.

Artanis Auir
Artanis buys the hat and once paid for, places it on his head immediately. Over time he will bend it into the shape he desires.
"To the river, my good sir! To the river! John told me of some good spots, so we will try our luck at those."
Artanis will lead the fishing expedition to those spots along the river that John mentioned. If they eventually get to those areas, he will take his dagger and dig for worms, grubs, beetles, etc. to use for bait.

Artanis, Cal, Pyros and Yasir: General Wares
Artanis buys and dons the hat, and the 'fishermen' are off. He recalls John spoke of a great fishing spot in the mountains, bit not where... he also mentioned that the river itself just outside of town was a good place, so the half-elf leads them there. The four make their way through town to the West gate, but the drawbridge is up. It takes a few minutes to get the guards to let them out, which happens when they finally realize one speaks the barest fragments of Elven. Once outside the wall, the party heads to the river's edge. The current is swift and the water deep just a few feet from shore. Some rather large fish could be about. Artanis quickly realizes they have no rods for fishing yet, but the thick forest to the West beckons to him with the promise of saplings.

Artanis Auir
Artanis leads, those that go with him, to the edge of the forest. On the way there he coaches his companions regarding the woods. "The woods here can be dangerous. We must remain quiet, listen and be alert. I'll cut us some appropriate length and size poles, while the rest keep a constant vigil for predators." Once at the edge of the woods, he signals for everyone to remain quiet while he listens. If satisfied that there is no immediate danger present, he will gather some good saplings and branches from as close to the edge as possible. He will also gather up some worms, grubs and beetles for bait - storing them in Pyro's hands of course.

"Danger..." Pyros will almost whisper this "Elsa and I ran into 3 of those dangers on the way to town."
