Since you're basically making the same char With thebsame int score I'll say you can choose to take it all as-is from before,
OR do a re-build/reroll of the arcane spells
Priest spells won't change at all
If you choose to rebuild the Arcane list:
spell lvl (# of spells you can just choose)
1-3 (14)
4 (10) +2 freebies
5 (7) + 1 freebie
6 (3) +1 freebie
Freebies make a short list of 4-10 for each spell level that has freebies. Spells Jag is interested in, and i'll roll to see which he gets 'free' as a random find or epiphany during his adventures.
It may be that there was some spell-swap going on during the last game where others shared. If you plan to stick to the old list you can keep those. It's fine
