AKA, gotta roll a 7 or higher to resurrect.
You should have dumped 6 levels into Recovery Bonus to get +6
Then, +3 Con mod +6 Recovery Bonus = +9. On a DC 10, that's an instant success.

He regens everything else quickly too, hopefully preventing the need. I'm counting on him not getting down to 'dying' all that often. I plan to bump it once I get the pp.

The cost for pepper spray in a utility belt is 1 ep, but on the weapon list it's a whopping 15 ep...
Edit:
Nevermind, I figured it out. You pay full price for the most expensive item on the belt (in the example given in the book it was Frag Grenades: 15ep). Each additional item counts as an 'Alternate Power' (so long as it is the same priece or cheaper) and only costs 1 ep.

Wouldn't that be 1d20 +3 vs DC 10, not 1d10?
