Yeah, the enhancement thing is a little confusing at first.

One good resource for explaining stuff like that is the DDO wiki page below
http://ddowiki.com/
Yeah, I've been checking that out myself, getting a rough idea of where I want to go with my character.
Just a couple more days before I get back home and can join you guys.

Can't get screenshots to work, but...

Enter Hallr Stein: Sorcerer, tough guy.

Playing a bit of a dangerous game here, Low hit point melee character. So far his spells are mage armor and shield, so high ac should compensate for the hp thing.

Well, with two warriors and my celestial hound, we should be able to keep the bad guys from getting too close to you, hopefully. :D

What race did you go with?

Human.
Anyone gonna be on tonight?
Also, how do you fit 100 throwing axes into one urn?

Maybe it's an urn of holding.

I can get on tonight. I'll see if Horizon is game, too.

It's okay. This is Eberron. Everything is a magical item. Buildings float in the air for no reason.

I won't be able to get on because I have to start getting ready for work soon. I might be able to do it tomorrow or Wednesday though.

Well, xel and I met up in-game and had some adventuring times in frozen Korthos. Since he wasn't able to get a pic up, here is one I took of him.

Ain't he pretty?

We did pretty well. In fact, I hit level 2 in the process. Despite this, he seemed to still out DPS me in melee.

Anyway, we killed lots of cultists, undead and sahuagin and got some nice gear. Here we are in the Korthos wilderness, in some sweet gear.

I'm looking forward to playing with the rest of you when I get the chance.

The other night, Horizon and I played for a few hours. I managed to reach level 3, but we haven't finished the snowy version of Korthos yet. But we're getting there.

I didn't think to grab any screenshots this time, though.

2 things that I shouldn't do.

1) Start up something which will take up an excessive amount of my spare time.
2) Download something big which will take up all the spare space on my overloaded computer.

It turns out that I hate myself.

You can find me under the name NewSelvera, I'm not exactly new to DDO, although I haven't played for years. I created a new character, which apparently I can create at level 4. Is there a guild for padnd members?

Character: Newselvera drow rogue (level 4).

Whoa, looks like we have a premium player in our midst.

No formal guild, it's just the four of us (well, you make five). Some of us haven't even finished the tutorial stage yet.

Welcome aboard! We could use a rogue to deal with all those locks and traps we keep running into.

Actually I've always been free to play, but once upon a time I spent many many hours in this game (Got to level 15? maybe).
Apparently a lot has changed since then.

Note: the Drow race is unlocked by doing some in game quest or getting reputation or something like that.

Oh, wow. You earned all of those perks by grinding favor? I'm impressed. Then again, I've never made it past level 5 yet, so...

When should we start looking into getting a guild started?
I think we should start discussing possible names for it.
