Locky gives Babuskha a look of indignance, making a little 'hrumph' noise.
"Of course!" Lockys face lights up at the question. "I could tell you a story... see there was this Shroom.." She starts to ramble.
(soz its short)

"Locky, I suggest we let the lady tell her story or ask her question first, OK?" Babushka smiles at her friend, then at the Khur lady. "My ears are all yours" she tells her.

"I suppose, I guess it might be as good as ours!" The Kender smiles and takes a seat if the lady does.
"Thanks." Jerrard takes the keys, turning his attention to the two girls and the newcomer. He says nothing.

Imani looks a little put off the moment that Locky starts to ramble. ~Maybe this wasn't the best idea,~ she starts to think to herself. Though, she didn't have a whole lot of choices, so she gently sat down at their table. "I am looking for a group that would be willing to...brave the desert dangers and sun to help rescue my...sister," she explained softly. She didn't exactly want the whole inn to overhear the issue.

Babushka blows out a breath. "That is a tough job you are offering" she says. "It is a job, right? With payment and all?" The gnome looks into the woman's eyes for a moment, then continues. "What does your sister need to be rescued from?"

"A job?" Locky looks straight at the woman, her mind focused. "We are good at rescuing people." she says with a look of pride, pulling in her stomach she tries to make herself look taller.
"Yes, what does she need rescuing from?" She adds, leaning in curiously.
"If I may join you?" Jerrard leans in slowly, keeping his eyes on Babuskha. "Jerrard Foss, Ulster, Thurskar." he motions to the two men behind him. "Please, explain.

Ulster sits, as well, across from the exotic Khurish woman, his chin resting in his hands, ready to hang on her every word.
(OOC: Guess who rolled really well on a reaction check?

"My sister wife was kidnapped," Imani explained. "Honestly, I'm not exactly sure on the reason itself, but the Khan doesn't exactly make a lot of friends," she said with a small shrug. "Naturally, if you were to bring her back, the Khan would pay you handsomely for the effort."

Babushka's eyebrows shoot up. "Is the Khan sending you, to find people for a secret action? Or are you coming because you like your sister wife? How can you be sure then that the Khan will pay? He might even think the people who bring her back might be the kidnappers."

"Those are both good points my dear." Jerrard says with a friendly grin to Babuskha, "It sounds like a needle in a Haystack, it should that be a sand dune?" He grins. "Never the less from what I have learnt, you would not come here asking for aid, unless A. You knew who took her, and B. Where she was, and C. That the Kahn would reward us."
Sitting back in the chair, nudging Ulster slightly, he continues, "To deal with the last comment, perhaps if someone close to the Khan were to accompany us? To be with us when we return, then He will see we are honest. And besides we need a Guide, someone who knows the Culture."

"Well, that doesn't very nice, I think Paladine would like me to help." Locky smiles, a serious look on her Kender Features. "Who took her, do you think? I hope it wasnt a mad Wizard, I have already seen one of those."

"Syriana is the Khan's favorite new wife, so that is how I know he will pay. You do not steal anything from the Khan," Imani explains with a sigh. She was trying to be patient with all of the questions that were being thrown at her, especially the money questions. "We assume it was a bandit group called the Midnight Jackals," she says. She looks to Jerrard for a moment with curiosity. "Normally, princesses would not accompany you on such a dangerous quest," she points out. "But it has been arranged that I be a guide to those who decide to help the Khan. I know the culture and surrounding areas well."

Babushka leans back, arms folded.
"Why doesn't the Khan send his regular troops? That would be a much stronger point to tell people not to steal from him."

"Because it was the incompetence of his own troops that allowed my sister wife to be captured in the first place," Imani says as she stands from her chair calmly, though from the look in her eyes she seems annoyed if not displeased with the group. "With or without help, I will go out to save her. The Midnight Jackals are known to do what they please with a female. Once done, they leave her out in the desert sun to watch as she struggles with the last bit of life that she has left in her before the vultures tear her skin from her bones."

"Thats awful!" Locky exclaims, rising to her feet, she had no idea what 'Do what they please...' mean't to her, well it sounded horrible."We will go with you, don't you worry." She grabs Bab's hands, pulling her up out of her chair. "When do we leave?"
