Yes, we are, I hoped you'd tell me what Thelma is doing, follow Eloise (perhaps chide her for climbing down the timberframe wall of the palas, which takes three times more than walking down the stairs):

This might be a good time for a big Nudge for everyone involved.

But climbing down is more fun!

I'm around. Just waiting for the bridge to get reset so I can add the weights!

Knave?
Knave? Who said that?
I think the word you're looking for is "squire". "Knave" has some really negative connotations. If someone called Christopher a knave to his face, the conversation would end in a fight or an apology shortly thereafter.

Sorry, my English isn't really good enough for these fine things... I thought that was the correct term for a young man waiting to be knighted (like Knappe in German), and a squire was the lord of a small territory... I'll correct that.
Maybe I shouldn't have stopped looking terms up in the dictionary before using them.

No worries. I was teasing.

Your English is probably a billion times better than my German (which is limited to perhaps a dozen words, none of which can be used to make a sentence).

Well, somebody should take some action. There's the trapdoor in the center of the room, the rope sling hanging above it, the niche with the ladder, and Christopher is still in the upper sotry and hasn't decided if he wants to come down or go up one more flight of stairs...

Apologies - I was waiting for the others.
Christopher plans to go all the way up, opening trap doors and trying to let a little light into the tower.

Right, who is still playing?

- I am not sure Ali can reach the page from her current location.

Could you and Ali discuss what Thelma will do?
Is anyone in contact with Jenara to know what to do with Eloise?

Breila wrote:[OOC]The goal of the adventure is reached, how do we go on? There are still parts of the palas that can be explored.
I must admit that I have not yet taken the time to write any follow-up adventure or even devote much tought to it. Given my schedule for the coming weeks, this is unlikely to happen before mid-September. If you're interested at all, that is. [/OOC]
I'd gladly see this continue. I kind of like walking around as Christopher and seeing the world through his eyes, despite the paradox of acting in character versus being polite/modern/inclusive.

Ideas, anyone? [OOC]
Jenara wrote:(Christopher has to ride to the Abbey, Eloise will accompany him, while the others guard them.)
My concern with that plan, or rather Christopher's concern, is that anything can happen in those two hours. If these guys are working for someone else, that someone else might show up while he is gone.
Christopher is young and naive and cocksure enough to believe that he needs to protect everyone, and that to leave would be to abandon them.
This would be so much easier if we hadn't saved Cousin Georg. Then the other two could carry broken-legged Gerhard and we could get out of here. Given the state of medieval medicine, Georg is a goner anyway, but now we have to try to spare him because he is helpless.
