Searos eyes Brax suspiciously as he drinks more cider while silently lamenting the lack of something a little stringer. "Why are you so chipper?"
(We can move ahead, I don't care.)

"I'm not tired too... maybe cause I've slept whole the day" Vee grins back at Brax. "Enjoy is always a good idea! But I think I don't drink with you... one hungover in a week is enough"
(we can move on from my point of view too)

"I was simply enjoying the company of those around me." The Cleric says with the same wide grin. "I feel happy for the first time in a while." She pats Gunters leg gently, giving Searos a wink.
"We have a long day tomorrow, sleep would be a good, those who wish to sleep, do so, I will have a few more and retire myself." She adds, staying up with anyone who chooses to do so.
(FF will be ok with me)

"You know." she says, voice somewhat slurred, "You guys are the best friends I have.." her hand squeezes Gunters leg tight. "Thank you."

... and we pull the curtain on whatever else happens that night
The next morning, a generous breakfast is waiting for the party as they come down. Kim will make sure all stragglers come and join them. At eight o'clock, a young man comes in and declares: "The pack animals are ready to receive your gear, ladies and gentlemen."
Indeed, in the yard, two sturdy mules are tethered to a railing, and the young men who called them and a companion help the group to add their backpacks to the mules' load. When they are led out, they see that a small crowd has gathered on the market place and watches them.
"Thank you for your help!" someone shouts.
"Yes, bring us back our children" and old woman in a shawl cries.
"Or at least give us sure proof of their fate" Barnabas adds solemly.

Vee looks over her shoulder back to the people. "I think they'll be very disappointed if we'll return without anything... I hope we find these mystery kidnapper!" she says, and than: "And I'll be disappointed if we won't return at all, so I hope we find them weak and unprepared!"

Amon holds on to his own pack, as he always travels light anyway and thus has no need for any pack animals. Patting Dogmeat on the head, he says, "Let's be off then."

Branabas and some other townsfolk escort the group to the South gates. "Thank you for your help. May the Gods guide you on a succesful quest. Goodbye!" he declares and turns back.
The day is overcast, but it does not look like an imminent threat of rain. The road ahead looks well-travelled and maintained. There are rocky hills all around, from time to time the sound of surf can be heard and the air smells of the sea. Smaller paths lead down into the bays. Occasionally, there are vantage points with breathtaking views of sea and surf.
At one such point, the group spots two seals playing just below between the rocks.

"Seals," Amon comments. "Unusual to see them in the temperate waters of the Azure Sea. Perhaps they are a good omen, signifying we will be successful on this trip."

"Seals?" Brax asks, "A creature I had yet to see, what are they? Some kind of sea creature?" She looks to Amon with curiosity.
