Question.
Which way is the side of the Bridge the Draconians went? It looks to me like they went the same way as Riverwind Etc went anyway!! I am a little confused, we entered at what is 44a on the map yes?

Sorry for the confusion. The party did enter from 44a. As for where the bozaks fled with Tanis and Flint, from where Laurana is now, they headed north, then east, then crossed the water (likely by using their wings). So she can try to follow them directly, taking the same path they did, or try and find another way around.

We're almost to the end of chapter two here. And we have some pretty big deviations from the book, eh?

In the book, the entire party except Flint and Tas were captured by the draconians. Flint was drunk and fell off the bridge, and Tas went after him. That's why they escaped capture.

For awhile there, I was wondering what I would do if the party really did just abandon Tanis and Flint. On the one hand, that's two less NPCs for me to worry about. On the other hand, I'm kind of fond of those two. If Laurana and Tas are able to rescue them, though, looks like we'll be okay.

Assuming, of course, the party doesn't run into anything they can't handle while split up!

Goldmoon's plan is to make sure she's in the right place, then she'll try to send the others back to rescue Tanis and Flint. She's too preoccupied right now to realize she could probably have sent Sturm...

Oh no the Dragon! Funny it all seems so much more removed in the books, like the scenes took place miles away from each other!!

I think I proved in Pod-Caverns that, if the party splits up, that doesn't mean I'll make things easier for them. That's how Jerrard accidentally ran into the Sinister Shroom, and released the troll all while Babushka and Locky fought off a giant centipede, a podman patrol, and vampiric moss.
