Several of the characters have had some rather violent combat/horror sequences so far. I just want to check in amd make sure nobody is offended or put-off by the level of detail thus-far. I try to keep it tame-ish, relying on mood rather than gore for the scare. I can easily dial it back further if necessary without detracting from the game.

The gore does not offend me in the slightest, you've got a fair mix of the mood/setting and gore getting my interest. two stars up.

I've played in some games on here where the DM quit leaving players behind. Now that was slaughter!
Played in One where the DM actually deleted the whole forum and all the players in it, so no in comparison this is not harrowing at all.

Plus I've taken part in a game where my character was kidnapped, treated as a slave and forced to do... Well let's just leave it there shall we?

A note on ‘obvious damage’:
Barely scratched [90% hps]
Hurt [75% hps]
Hurt badly [50% hps]
Hurt critically [25% hps]
About to die [10% hps]

Are you using the deaths door rule rule?
