"Be quiet." Navi hisses at the bound woman,

"This abomination is no demon I can assure you..." She smiles sweetly and tries to fix her appearance, another torn shirt.. "I understand, I truly do, it will be taken somewhere secure soon."

"You." She points to Xiindor, "Collect everything on the floor, including its robe.." She turns to Egewulf, "Can you carry.. Her?"

Mortimer replies. "Thanks, but I am in no rush. The wine will do for now." He sits and watches the goings on, trying to figure thinks out.

[*Me gather, why should I have to gather, I think I should carry the demon, I want to keep a close eye on her-it. If she so much as squirms I'll dispatch her quickly. ]xiindor smiles and grits her teeth at the demon.

"No. She is NOT a Demon. Do as I say, please." She shoots a grin at xiindor. "She is not to be harmed. Understood?"

Navi narrows her finely groomed eyebrows and pauses for an instant before returning her full attention to Cheth Thanion

Kata wrote:So, I am to be your captive now? I understand your desire to keep me close Vrunar. Does the thought of having me in chains excite you? Ohh, it excites me Vrunar.
Vrunar coughs, moving his eyes toward Navi he rests for a moment on Kata's figure, then quickly move on planning to speak to Navi. Hearing Kata continue with her teasing he takes a piece of cloth and gag her from behind. "Be silent. Your words are poison." Again, hard as he tries to resists his eyes falls again on her body as he stands behind her shoulder. Moving in front of her to avoid more distraction he finally turns to Navi and says quietly but assertively.
"Navi! What are your plans? Do you know these people? Where would you take her?" He looks at Egewulf and Xiindor. "What is your interest in the events?"
Obviously he looks for a good reason for the strangers to join the investigation and wouldn't allow it if none would be provided.

=====================================================================
(OOC: Don't forget Vrunar didn't trust Navi at start too. That has changed a lot after she was attacked. Not that I suggest you should be attacked before you can join the investigation. )

"They have seen it, for now that means we need them with us. Would you have them tell the whole city what happened here? I believe that is something Master Cheth wishes to avoid. The nobles will continue to come here, and we need to ensure that happens." Glancing at Kata she curses once more in elven.

"I suggest we take her to a temple, this matters to the elves and to the church. It's actually vert important, I wouldn't be suprised if anyone involved or helps those involved is rewarded." she grins again, watching the priests reaction to Katas naked form.

Kata arches her neck and back so that her gaze locks with Vrunar's as he slips the gag past her lips. Sighing with a long deep breath, she gives the paladin a concupiscent stare while he sets the knot.

Cheth Thanion's rage burns out while he glances about the room and occupants. Upon spying Xiindor it is quickly replaced by an ashen somberness.... "It's the Time of Troubles all over again. I am ruined! Rooms I can repair. But what of my reputation? What type of client will come to the Wemic, if they believe fiends and devas could be in the room next door? The minute you carry her downstairs like that with that other one walking behind, it all over."

"The Merchants will still come, of that you can be sure, why would they stop? Once word gets to them." Navi shoots him a wink as she checks her blade in the scabbard, the highly ornate blade glitters in the morning sun. "They will come if the nobles take more interest." She shoots Xiindor a glance,

"By the gods Madam, are you are jesting? There is no humor to be found here. What possible interest could come out this quagmire that would be a draw for the Wemic's clientele?" Cheth eyes Navi puzzledly.

Vrunar shrugs at the comment. It doesn't seem logic to him but he has learned his lesson arguing with women before, and so he let it slip.
"Fine. I guess we should fill you in the details. As soon as we transfer this creature away from here." he tell the newcomers.

To Cheth he says, "You need to have faith. As I explained this event was singular and shall not repeat. You can calm your clients in any way you see fit. When we will transport her we will make sure she is covered. And Egewulf and Xiindor here, well, they will come with us so you don't have to worry about rumors. We would stay in the room for a while. If there is anything else you want us to do, just ask." Vrunar says as he accompanies Cheth to the door.

Once the proprietor is out Vrunar briefs the newcomers about the kidnapped elves.
"When we came here we found the room in a mess. We saw claw marks on the window, presumably they belongs to Kata" he says, intently keeping his back to her, "And now she is our best lead to understand what happened here yesterday, where are the kidnapped elves and maybe where are the missing people who started the investigation." He stops to breath and think for a moment.

"I agree with Navi that the best place to investigate Kata would be in the temple." he looks at Navi, "So maybe one last quick search at the room for clues, cover Kata and be on our way?" he waits for her agreement.

[a simple cloak can cover both of our wings if y think it will be a problem but I assure you, the patrons have already seen my wings and with my masters crest upon my shield, I could never be mistaken for a demo. HELM is known throughout and should assure everyone of my good intentions.*]Xiindor caresses her holy symbol around her neck. [*I agree , a temple is best suited for interrogations of this magnitude. ]

"I understand your.. puzzlement, but trust me, it will be fine. Your clients are merchants correct? Out of town merchants and local merchants and factors who come to conduct business?" Smiling her voice breaks showing her young age for a brief moment.

"Who do they sell to? Nobles... many young nobles are..curious.." she trails off, what was she thinking? She wasn't trained for this sort of thing. "Regardless, I will return tomorrow, suitably attired, please have your losses, together so the correct parties can give you recompense."

When he leaves she gives a shall sigh she nods, "I doubt this is the real Kata. More she slipped in through the window, and attacked those inside." Watching Kata as she talks she moves to the window, looking out (what buildings can she see?) "I doubt she can fly very far with those excuses for wings."
