Arei sits back again, finding an empty table by the door. These were strangers. Nothing more, you didn't tell you life story to a stranger.

Val hoists her pack, and moves to sit with the nice woman by the door.

"Me Val, good to meet you." in her halting common.

"I am known as Areilon, or Arei." She does not offer her hand, instead she shoulders her pack, and adjusts her blade. "You seem... Out of place Val." She comments sipping the last of her wine.

"I am former crew of the Gardien a Merchant Vessel." She adds attempting to make conversation.

"Yes, there are ways to get it, but...." She trails off, obviously not wanting to continue. "It is plain we are not the only ones, desperate times often make strange companions."

"I wouldn't say I'm a 'master' or anything like that, but I know how to light 'em."
The heads to Arie, "Ready to go?", then turns to the rest of the froup "Last chance for anyone interested in this little detour."

"I am ready." She stands and motions to Val. "If you will excuse me?" She says with a smile.

"Alright, off we go."
Dahn heads out the door and holds it open, waiting for the others.

"Indeed." Arei exits the inn, checking her blade as she walks.

Ouragana stays behind, taking a look round the other patrons. Is there anyone looking interesting, or maybe looking at her?

Dahn proceeds towards the warden's keep.

Arei walks alongside 'Grey', keeping a discreet distance. "Why do you want to go here?" She asks curiously.

Ouragana looks around the room again. Aside from the half-orc, two clerics, bartender, servers, the farmer and the wardens, there are only two other patrons, currently.

The first is a rather affluent looking dwarf wearing fine clothes and smoking a pipe, sitting alone at a table on the other side of the room, leisurely enjoying a meal and mug of ale.

The other is also a dwarf, but this one wearing the green vestments of Gonto. He sits at the bar, a frothy mug before him. He chats quietly with the bartender.

Meanwhile, Dahn and Areilon leave the inn and take the main road north, all the way up to the impressive stone fortress that is the warden's keep.

Ouragana decides to approach Jocelyn and her halfling mentor. "May I join you?" she asks politely. If they agree, she sits at their table and asks: "You do not come from here either, do you? Where are you from?"

The halfling grins. "Nice to meet you!" Thankfully, he has finished his meal, otherwise he no doubt would have had a mouthful. "I'm Noah Sanderson, and this is my ward, Jocelyn Blaine. Well, I suppose you two already met then, yes?"

"We sailed here from Sanctuary," Jocelyn says as the mage sits down.

"Hmm, yes," Noah agrees. "I run a little parish in Serenity City. Beautiful town; you ever been there?"
