"The docks? I suppose if you went with a Watchman it would be safer." She hops up deftly slipping the coin in her pocket before placing a hand on Nix's shoulder. "Would.. would you like me to join you?" She asks the timber of her voice changing..

[Nocturno]

Seeing the conversation get a bit ahead of him, Sue cuts in. "Uh yes, that sounds like a good spot to start. Let me talk to Asher about the 'garbage' and we can head down there." He will stow the leathers and rope, make sure he has the Canary, and if noone is looking fill a pocket with the dried fruit.

[Jenara]

"Do you get Hungry on your travels?" Alecia asks with a sideways glance, "I'm assuming you do."

[Nocturno]

Sue will smile at the Priestess.

"Yeah, have to keep up my energy. These weapons aren't just for show." He will rattle around a couple of the hanging weapons.

"I don't think he is going to miss a handful."

There is a sharp rat-tat-tat noise as someone knocks the apartment door.

A female voice, sounding somewhat flustered, calls out, "Give me two moments! Just getting ummm... Give me two moments!"

Sue rolls his eyes, and lets out a very heavy sigh.

After a few more sighs and eye-rolls from Sue the door opens to reveal the woman, hair slightly mussed, bodice loosened, sporting a large amount of cleavage.
The other fellow is stood by the end of the bed looking somewhat flustered.

[Jenara]

"Sorry, Nix and I havent seen each other in a while and..." She flushes deep crimson, seeing his eyes no doubt drift in that direction she quicky tightens the offending garment. "Sorry, I don't know why I'm telling you this." She flushes again and attaches a mace to her belt.

"Are we ready to go? Have you found anything?" she asks rapidly changing the subject.

[Nocturno]

One might almost see a quick smirk if Sue's tusks weren't in the way.

Unsure as to why he is including these folk in his investigation he will start to share some details. I think he mostly feels that if he leaves the to their own devices they will now try to solve the murder for themselves, and that could possibly endanger them.

"I found some very very soiled clothing, that you should be aware of... the underwear were used over and over, inside out and backwards.... like he had no time for laundry, or to fetch new ones. Oddly the leathers here smell of a perfume, not horrible like his clothing. Maybe you would know the smell?" He will offer the leathers.

"Oh, and yes. I am ready. I think I may go wait with Asher while you folks, get um, ready."

[Jenara]

"Perfume? How odd." Alecia responds fully adjusting her outfit, "This Lantern, is it.. a reputable establishment? Being at the Docks I assume it isn't? Tymora has led me to aid a number of the Dock Rats, with Lady Lucks Guidance I might be able to get a locals perspective." her words are tentative, considered even as she collects a small purse and turns away from him.

"If someone finds my money well I will have bigger problems to consider. I'm ready, if Nix is?" She adds as she tuns back, the purse nowhere to be seen.

Nix coughs at the question, It has a... reputation, so to speak. For finding 'companionship' for those with means. He nods when the priestess conceals her purse. Hopefully the presence of rhe watch will make it an unnecessary caution, but it's certainly a prudent one.

[Jenara]

"And now the Frilly underwear makes sense." see responds holding her hand to her mouth to stifle a gasp, "Hopefully the presence of a Priest will save you at least from unwanted advances." And with that she ushers the others from the room, looking the door behind her.

[Nocturno]

Sue will look confused... "The under garments make sense? Am I missing something there?"

"Uhm, with the sensitivity of the circumstances I won't be outwardly showing my membership of the watch while I visit the establishment. But I would think that our group will discourage any unwanted attentions."
