Mira descends the stairs to the common room to find Elsa seated at their same table, along with Merrick and even Yasir. It was some small surprise the warrior had not gone off wherever the others had ventured...

[OOC: No more nightmares for now, eh? Alrighty, Main thread when you're ready I wouldn't worry too much about copying it tonight, you'll be able to both copy and memorize it first thing in the morning ]

"My thanks. And sorry for earlier, we were involved in a little incident.. And... It delayed things." Taking the coins she smiles sweetly at Guilliam and Erris.

"Dare I ask if I passed the audition my Lady? Please note I am not late as a rule I assure you." Keeping herself calm she lays her lute against the bar. "And Master Guilliam. Allow the apprentices to play in my stead. Those like Airand will be quite popular I feel. I have asked Madame Brodeur to talk to us.. If you are willing?"

Erris seems to be in a very good mood and smiles at her, Of course, my dear, you will be welcome at the Broken Wheel. Her face takes on some concern, I hope all is well with you? You seemed so sad. What happened tonight? Was someone hurt? There is a pause to allow thr bard to answer. Guilliam nods refarding her other query, Yes, the apprentices are popular with the town. Perhaps we can arrange a rotating schedule with Madam Brodeur. I saw her... he looks about and spots the woman in the back speaking quietly with a man about her age. Yes, we will arrange it with her. The apprentices will have to audition of course for us to determine any pay beyond tips. He speaks easily of the arrangement, perhaps this sort of thing is common in town... Will you be travelling with me to Skald in the morning, then? Erris asked.

[Jenara]

"Hurt? No... Not badly..." She waves that thought off with her hand. "Me sad... Well one of our number, was delayed, and if I'm honest, I miss him." Lowering her head she wipes away a tear. "I've been alone for a while, yet now I feel like I'm missing something."

"Listen to me." She laughs depreciatingly.. "I'm just being silly."

"I would love to come with you, but I need to wait for Yasir, he is the one who was delayed." She explains softly, "I will join you the day after, and I would love to play in the Broken Wheel."

"Master Guilliam. Thank you. For everything.. I understand a few things now, your generosity means so much to me. I will return.." She places her hand on his shoulder. "I wouldn't be where I am without you."

The pair seem relieved that nobody was hurt badly, though Erris looks at her as if she suspects the bard may be downplaying things a bit. Yes, just see me there when you arrive and we can make arrangements. Guilliam smiles at her thanks, but shakes his head at the last, You have a gift, Mira. It was always you. Keep pursuing your passion, it will serve you well. Who knows, perhaps you have found a new home in Kartakass...

[Jenara]

"My friends will accompany me.. I hope that is acceptable?" She asks watching them leave one by one. "A gift? Sometimes it feels like a curse." She responds with shrug.

"Thank you for accepting the Apprentices, they are.. Willing. Can I play tomorrow still, perhaps we might get some of them to accompany me? That way the crowds might accept them?" She looks over to Airand with an appraising glance.

Accompany you? If you mean as customers, of course they're welcome. If they're entertainment, well I'll have to see you all together but I usually only employ individual artists. Erris says.
Guilliam chuckles, I wouldn't worry about the crowd accepting the apprentices, they're all local talent. If you'd like to play tomorrow that would be splendid.

[Jenara]

"Of course they are customers, I am sure we can arrange rooms when we get there." Mira replies as she looks back, finding Marie with her gaze.

"Yes I would like to play. May I ask a small request? You are a good man, could you watch over Marie for me? I fear something is wrong... And good dressmakers are hard to find." She tries to smile.

The pair share a wordless look and a... sadness creases the corners of Erris' eyes. But of course... Guilliam says quietly, We will do what we can...

[Jenara]

"Then you see it as well. I one of the barmaids in an inn I worked at..." She glances over at the girl again, "You understand."

"My life here would have been much different without you.. So yes I could see myself living here.." She admits with a smile, "This is better than home.. Home is.. Unsettled."

"If you will excuse me am going to grab a drink, and head up to bed. Thank you and have a lovely evening." Standing she moves to the bar, ordering a glass of ale.

The pair nod in understanding and agreement. She is silently served her drink and not charged for it.

[Jenara]

Drink in hand she moves over to Airand and the others, "You might be playing tomorrow. It seems there is an opening." She giggles and winks at the girls. "I'm glad you two had fun tonight.. Oh I'm off to Skald in a day or so. Could I look you up?"

Oh, actually we're all staying here in Harmonia this week...

[Jenara]

"Well then I'll see you when I return." Mira responds in a calm tone, "I wonder if you might accompany a song or two in my performance tomorrow Airand?" She adds, her eyes fixed on Marie. "Think about it. It might be fun." With that she moves over to Marie.

"May I sit?" She asks the girl.. "My feet are tired, being a performer is actually hard work. And thank you again for this.. I LOVE this bodice." She giggles looking at the girl closely.

Airand nods, Oh! Of course! Certainly, we'll have to work on something together beforehand, yes. Azais frowns at the bard, and then at Airand as Mira moves off to meet Marie.

The seamstress smiles at the redhead as she approaches. That was a wonderful performance. I'm a little surprised to see you wore the corset without a top but you carried it off very well. Her eyes are a little red as if her emotions were running a little rough today.
