The IP on my phone appears to be on the Block list.

That's not surprising, really. There are hundreds of IPs on the perma-ban list.

But then there are about 4.3 billion ip addresses on IPV4 and so many more on IPV6.... A few hundred is a drop in the ocean...

But I totally get your point, I banned quite a few ip address this morning to clear out the spammers on the main site, I think the blocked address might be linked.
