Re: Searching the ship
"Great!" Kulop rubs his hands together. "Busy. Didn't I tell you?" Kulop's eyes lit as he looks at Oceanus.
Re: Searching the ship
You have explored all of the lower deck (and the bilges), but on the main deck, there are unexplored areas. I assume that you are now all on the open part of the main deck. Except Gustas maybe, unless he has decided that there's nothing noteworthy in the bilges?
Have you taken the parrot up with you, or is it still downstairs, as are (most of, I presume, since there is a halfling thief around) the coins with the strange symbol lying on the table?
Here is a picture of the main deck:

Re: Searching the ship
After calling out and getting no response, Gustas wades further into the murk to figure out what exactly it was that he saw.
Re: Searching the ship
Kulop runs in the front happy to explore the rest of the ship.

(OOC: Kulop handed the box with the coins to Drake, so it is with us. The parrot however has been forgotten...)

Re: Searching the ship
Could we make a full stop here and assemble everyone on the main deck? Gustas emerges from the bilges with nothing for his pains but a bad smell and two gold pieces.
Let us make a roll call: who is still with us to continue the game?

Re: Searching the ship
"Blighty dark in 'em bilges but I found yer treasure 'seem to be after. Pieces of two gold!" Gustas chants excitedly as he shuffles over to the parrot, unknowingly shedding drips of water all around him on his way. "Pieces of two?" He inquires excitedly to the parrot showing it the two gold coins in front of it's face.

(Ok no probs)
Brax stands on the deck resting against the rail, holding the Parrott cage in one hand and supporting Oceanus with the other...

Re: Searching the ship
Kulop is standing with the rest on the main deck, "Well lets search the other part of the ship." He says.
Re: Searching the ship
"Gustas!" Kulop shouts happily, "What do you say about checking the doors next to the first room we have seen?" even before completing the sentence Kulop is already picking at the doors in the front left of the ship.

Re: Searching the ship
Pocketing the two gold pieces after getting no response for the parrot, Gustas says "Aye! Try not to get yourself bitten by any boxes this time!" pulling open the doors.
Re: Searching the ship
The door opens so easily that Gustas almost loses his balance. he can just avoid toppling backwards. What Kulop sees makes his heart jump happily: this is obviously the ship's galley: There is a large iron stove against the hull wall, and a full assortment of pans, skillets, dippers and other kitchen implements. Against the bulkhead is a cupboard and a barrel, and in the centre of the room, a heavy wooden table with a drawer is bolted to the floor.

Re: Searching the ship
"So we have found the kitchen everyone!" Kulop steps in and starts to search the drawers and cupboards, taking here and there something that looks useful such as silverware and spices.
Re: Searching the ship
"Remember we're looking for pieces of...barrel" Gustas trails off at the sight of the barrel, "We should investigate what's hidden in that barrel."
Re: Searching the ship
"Where is that flying lizard? Maybe he can help with the search?" Kulop announces and checks if there are other exits to the room.
Re: Searching the ship
There is another door, straight ahead from the entrance.
Gustas sways over to the barrel and manages to open it. it is full of a clear liquid that doesn#t give up a smell. But somehow, it feels like it would be a good idea for Gustas to plunge his head in. Maybe there is something of value hidden at the bottom?
The pseudodragen chirps as it senses that it's being talked about, but waits for a "go" from its chosen master before leaving his shoulder.
(OOC: I'll send a message to Kafen, hopefully he will take care of his PC. If he doesn't I'll NPC Reller).
