WotL OOC Thread

This 2E Dragonlance game is set in the city of Haven, during the War of the Lance. Haven is a city undergoing great upheaval. First massive numbers of refugees pour in, then the city is conquered by a draconic army. Can our heroes survive under this dark occupation?

No problem, not much tends to happen during the weekend anyway.

Wait, 'hopefully'? That sounds ominous.

Hey all.

I apologize for my absence. Yeah, I was (illogically) upset about Darga getting robbed. Yeah, I've been busy both at work and home as of late (summer always brings a lot of demand for work, we have a new puppy at home, etc.). But I guess my biggest problem is that I've become burned out on D&D. I figure I've been doing something D&D related, whether gaming or writing every day for three years straight, and I got sick of it.

Still, after a couple of weeks of doing nothing D&D related, I feel like I'm a bit less burned out, and I'm curious again about what's going on in game. If you're willing to have me back, I'd like to apologize for my absence and return.

Of course you're welcome to rejoin. I'm glad to hear you aren't gone for good.

The last post I made for Darga can be found here, if you still want to respond to it.

We barely noticed you were gone :)
Gereddin should have waited for you before going to the library but you would probably meet him outside of Kynaston house.

Wow, really? Thanks, that game's actually something of a trainwreck, but I am enjoying the boss battle going on at the moment.

I'd been following it throughout the Tree Lords and saw you've had dropping outs happen, but regardless, I really like the storyline and the action in this fight is great!

well it's much faster to read through the older stuff that already existed, and was useful looking at the numbers and stuff for combat :)

True enough. And it's currently the highest level game at Planet (although they're only level 5-6 or so), so you can get a bit of a sneak peek of what works and what doesn't in terms of character builds, party teamwork, and so forth.

Well damn, Gregeddin hates Haahqae so much he eyes him with distaste when he's not even there?

Perhaps a little proof reading is needed.
