[Jerrard]

"Fikod is right, we should not rush into anything, have we learnt nothing?" The mage asks with a wary look, "It could be a trap, another trap."

"What should we do?" He looks to imani, waiting for a response.

[Breila]

"At this point, it could be anything, Locky" Babushka first tries to quiet the kender, but then she grins. "Can Locky and I have a look, Imani?" she asks the Khur woman. "We#re both small and not so easy to detect."

"I would prefer Fikod go with you," Imani admits.

Fikod gives a short laugh, twirling his braided mustachios. They're much more serviceable and less ornate than when Jerrard's cantrip initially regrew them. "Methinks ye ladies should take the left, I'll take the right." He pulls out his crossbow, cocking it and placing a bolt in the groove. "And 'twixt we three shall meet. Just point it out fair Babushka."

Babushka smiles at Fikod's compliment and points him to where she saw the bronze light, describing it as precisely as possible.
"Ready to go, Fikod, Locky? she asks then, taking her bow down and holding an arrow ready. Given their OK, she'll lead Locky in an arc around the place, hoping to meet Fikod at the far end.

Fikod goes one way, Locky and Babushka goes the other. However, Locky's chain mail is quite noisy, and despite her attempts to be stealthy, she makes a great deal of noise as she sneaks alongside Babushka.

However, it all turns out for naught; when the three converge, there is nothing there. Either whatever Babushka saw was her imagination, or it was has moved on.

"False alarm, it seems" Locky says as they meet with Fikod. "Let's go back, me first, and looking for tracks if something was here." She carefully moves back, straight to where the rest of the group is standing (in her line of sight when she saw that bronze flash). Her bow is stowed back "I rely on you two to cover me" she somments as she does that, but the fungus staff is in her hand.

[Jenara]

"You know this armor is NOSY." she giggles, "Do you think there has ever been a kender in armor before?" looking up she adds, "Oh... so no dragon, you know Fikod we killed a dragon, it was mostly Imani, but I helped."

Suddenly she realises the others have gone, she skips off to catch up, Hoopak at the ready.

[NoTrammeling]

The dwarfish rogue trundles along after his companions, keeping a wary eye over shoulder and on the surrounding brush. "Could be a ruse to separate us. Could be naught." He nearly trips and falls over himself when Locky claims to have killed a dragon, but turns the momentary gaff into an impressive somersault coming up side-by-side with the kender. "Ye WHAT?"

Sure enough, Babushka does spot some tracks in that area. They are three-toed and man-sized.

[Jenara]

"Well its a long story, but there were these sea elves, their children were being held by this undersea dragon. and... we killed it! Imani did the killing, but I helped!"

[Breila]

Babushka holds up a hand to stop Locky and Fikod. "I'm sorry, Locky, but you'll have to tell that story another time" she tells them. "Something was here. Human-sized, with three toes."

In which direction do the tracks lead?

[Jenara]

"Three toes?" locky asks with a hint of surprise. "I wonder what that looks like?"

The tracks appear to head west, the same direction the party is going.

Babushka signals to the rest of the group that they should join the scouts.
