Angel grabs her wrists gently, placing her lips on Liri's before rolling away...

During her sleep she can hear the occasional sob breaking the silence.

Night passes without incident, although there is some commotion before dawn as a number of pigs show up and begin feeding on the ogre-thing at the cave mouth, only to be chased off by the soldiers.

Morning brings a legion breakfast of porridge and dried fruit, plus a stew of vegetables supplemented with bits of fresh meat.

Angel eats the porridge in silence, before standing in front of the group. "What do we want to do?" she asks, coughing to clear her throat, "That body needs to go back to master Fraso, and he should see the portal. I will escort the body back, who will come with me?"

Liri doesn't say a word, but she is thinking to herself "Wasn't the mage supposed to come here? and why had they brought the reinforcements here if they didn't go in?" but the thoughts of those in command were often different from what she would have done, and she had long learned not to question them overtly.

Papa prays for his spells then grabs a little bit of everything for breakfast.

"I am for getting the body back to Fraso as quickly as possible and should we upon returning alert for more possible guards to come back here to this portal?"

"I can see its a difficult choice, Eldon is bedridden for the short term, thus he is stuck here..." she says giving Liri a nod, "It appears we have to go to him." she comments, answering Liri's unspoken question.
