Time to prepare

[Jenara]

"Somehow I knew you would say that." Brax responds.

[Robbo]

Gunter stays silent for a moment, considering Drake's words on the myriad of ways the open (and inland) sea can kill.

"I'd not fancy taking a voyage with anybody that didn't know their way around the water. If you have a person in mind than by all means, let's go find him!"

[Kafen]

"The ocean can be a harsh place." Reller admits. "I hope the crew space is large enough for the group plus the crew. Conditions can be quite cramped."

[The_Muffin_Man]

Searos polishes off his drink and gets up looking a little unsteady. "Alright. I'll go talk to her. Might turn into a bit of fun... who knows!"

Searos then stumbles back out into the daylight, looking clearly pained by the sun now before moving off to find Geraldine.

[Jenara]

"Shall we go now? Later I have it in my mind to get rather to rather tipsy and see where the mood takes me." Brax admits with a little blush, "Who would like to join me?"

[Stik]

"I shall speak with my local expert when I see him later this evening," Martin says, once again glad of the networking he has been doing for the past few days.

"Forget 'tipsy,' Radiance. Go straight for 'hammered,' because, after all, very few really good stories start with the words: 'I was tipsy, and...' Apart from the inevitable hangover, for which cures are readily available, you might be glad you did." Then, eyeing Gunter: "Or someone might be, at least."

[Jenara]

"I am unsure as to what you mean." Brax asks with a puzzled look, "Hammered would be an interesting idea.."

"Ok, in that case who wants to get hammered with me?" Brax asks once again, "Searos will, anything for a drink... Gunter?" She asks, nudging him gently in the side.

"For now, should we go and take a look at this boat?" She asks sipping her wine.

[Robbo]

"You had me at hangover cure, count me in. Let's go do this boat thing so we can get back to the matter at hand and maybe think on a plan."

[Jenara]

"That works quite nicely." Brax agrees, "Allow me to change, and I will be with you in a few moments. I wish to remove the armor..." Glancing at Gunter she adds. "Care to assist me?"

[Robbo]

Gunter downs the rest of his mug in a large gulp and turns to Brax, "I believe I can....shall we?"

[Jenara]

"Indeed." Bowing to Reller Brax heads up to her room, Gunter in tow.

[Kafen]

Reller asks Martin. "When are you guys planning on going?"

[Jenara]

Brax walks up the stairs to her room closing the door behind her, "Thank you, its so much easier with help." Unclipping her cloak she places it on the bed before pulling the tabard over her head. Which Gunters help she removes her armor....

Vee sits next to the group and drinks her Ale. She really was quiet, listened only with half an ear and dreams of her homeland and the Azure sea....

but when Drake suggests to get drunk bevore starting a new adventure, her intrest comes back to the chat. "I think we are planning to leave the Inn before we are hammered cause its difficoult enough to walk if we are tipsy. don't the storys which start wich 'I was hammered..' usually end with 'I had a incredible hangover'?"

"I can join you? Its not much fun here"

[Stik]

Martin looks at Reller and replies: "I need to speak to my associate to arrange transportation, so it will likely be some time tomorrow, so drink up and enjoy the evening."

Martin flashes Vee a broad grin and says: "I am not sure in what order the priestess intends to do things, but in any case, as I said, transportation must be arranged. So it might be a while.
"As to getting hammered, well, the hangover might be the least of one's troubles in a truly good story. For example, a hangover pales in comparison to waking up wearing someone else's smallclothes and having to figure out how to pick a pair iron shackles with nothing but a wishbone and a hairbrush, while at the same time trying not to awaken the rope-weavers husband in the next room or the mongoose in the hatbox, if you catch my drift.

"And by all means, please, join me. I would love to hear a few tales of your homeland across the sea, or for us to teach each other songs, or to thumb-wrestle, or what have you."
