There is no longer any magical items. As you make your loop, you see 3 stones that slowly lose their magical aura. They are right about where the centres of the auras should have been.

GG picks up the nearest stone, pockting if it appears to just be rock.
If it's a semiprecious stone (or gem) he takes the additional time to harvest the other pair and then dashes until he catches up with the others.

Is anyone waiting to lock the door? if not, GG will try to do so when outside..

With the others queuing up at the door, GG takes a quick lap around the room.

Picking up 3 highly polished fist sized pieces of Onyx on his route, ends by the door, waiting for everyone to leave.

"Ok, done here. Lock up then back to the mansion," says GG. "Unless anyone wants to look inside any of the ground floor barrels? There must have been a reason for the field of overlapping Silence spells!"

"In the interest of giving a complete report. 10 minutes. Be thorough but quick." Tornak starts popping lids on barrels and cases with his new dagger leaving the rummaging to the others.

Red - Kitchen/Food plates dishes pots utensils suspended in molasses
Green - Dried up barrels, smell of old great ale and other liquors
Blue - Mundane weapons and ammo
Yellow - Unassembled Furniture in a style from about 50 years ago.

They all have the same logo as the barrels and crates from the 2nd floor.

Whoever is checking the contents please give me perception(Wis) and investigation(Int) rolls.

Flatbelly also wondered what is the reason for the silence spell... he walks around that area and listens carefully if the door makes noise. Then he helps with the search of the barrels and tries to move some of them to see if they hide a trap door or other hidden compartment.

As you move around the barrels, you notice one was hiding blood stains on the floor, and scratch marks from a chair.

GG suggests, "Perhaps this is where the Lord was held."
Assuming the scratch marks aren#t any type of rune or writing GG looks around for any sign of the chair.

======
@Noct: It's been a while.. did the Lord return to the house?
If yes, do we know how he escaped? And that he isn't some form of imposter (shapechanger, mask of disguise etc)?

It is as if a chair was repeatedly scuff and scratched the same area. The blood stains are all older than a few hours.
===================================

The Lord teleported into the middle of your research session, after his triggered teleport spell was tripped while he was being beaten.
He then gave you the note, that supplied this address.
He was to meet an informant here about the attack at the temple.

GG tries, "Can anyone see a bloodstained chair? It might be behind a barrel or something or other.."
======
Thx Noct. So did the chair teleport with the Lord? If not, any sign of it around here (apart from the scratches just observed)?

No chair with the Lord.

The scratches and blood look very old, more than a couple days for sure.

There have been a couple chairs, in the room upstairs, and by the counter in front of the stairs near the entrance.

Broddgar

Did anyone search the Drow bodies you all killed? There may be information left down below with them as well. Was all their weapons and armor gathered up? By the looks of that Great axe their weapons are of good quality.

Broggdar pokes around in the barrels and crates looking for anything of value.
