Woody will try to sound as having a low scratchy voice as if he is sick like having a bad cold and cough.

Woody will also say the following with a straight face as if the Canary's questions is very normal for anyone that knows Taffis. Making it sound like it's not the first time this has been brought to his attention today.

"I've had a large headache all day and I've been coughing up a lung. I drank some old herbal remedy that I purchase from some old crazy woman at the market awhile ago, and between it and the cough, my voice as been off today." "I tried drinking some tea and honey but it had no affect. When I leave here this evening I'm heading straight to bed to hopefully sleep it off."

"What do you want me to do next?"

After a pause the canary answers, "Fine." Another, longer pause. "Carry on as normal." There is some motion, and then the clicking of a door.

Unless Woody wants to chase the canary, the interview, it seems, is over.

Woody will not chase the Canary. He will get up and head out of the room towards the party.

When he gets out he will look around to see what is happening. He is planning on having one shoot of liquor and leave the party after that.

Re: Chapter 3 - Fresh AirWoody returns to the party and sees

Woody returns to the party and sees a room of entitled people mixing and posing.

An athletic looking young man offers him a silver platter of drinks. He takes a cut crystal tallglass of ruby liquid and sips it. "Made from the Resmer grape, sir," says the fellow before he disappears into the throng. It is, without doubt the nicest drink that Woody's consumed. It is elverquisst and it sparkles with varioius shades of red light.

Savouring the drink takes longer than Woody had intended, causing Sue to fret. Just as he's being delicately propositioned by androgynous twins Woody recovers his self composure and heads for the exit. The twins accompay him and offer various types of assistance including finding the convoluted path to the city outside.

Woody emerges into the street, "Have a nice evening, Goodsir."

Jim will nudge Sue with a sharp elbow and nod in the direction of their friend. Stepping into the street to make his way towards Woody, he remarks to Sue quietly "Keep this location in mind. It appears this Xoblob shop buys all sorts of odds and ends. Might be a good place to offload some of the odder stuff we acquire."

"Well, I didn't learn anything. I had to get out of there as I wasn't able to disguise my voice. I'm not even sure if Taffis is supposed to pick up the product on Selune's quarter moon. I was told to carry on." Woody will tell the party what went down at the party.

Nothing untowards seems to happen as the trio reunite. The next tasks at hand: get Woody into less bizarre clothes and deliver some vials..

Sue sighs. "That seems to be how all of this goes." He starts to walk to Woody's house. "Did you bring your clothes or we headed to your house?"

"I will need to stop by my house to pick up my stuff.'
Woody does have his clothes underneath so he will try to find a Garbage bin to dump the costume.

"I'm hoping I don't need it again. I really don't like pretending to be other people. I just want to make sure we are followed. If you think we might need it again you can have it."
