Karl attempts to draw the dagger at his belt, somehow his arm betrays him, had his honor left him? Here was a woman, a helpless woman, not like these who surrounded him, it was his duty, yet het couldn't.
"What is this treachery? This woman needs help?" He glares at Jerry, she was one strange woman, perhaps Mira might help make sense of this?

Mira steps towards the curtain, tracing the shapes curiously, while avoiding the more grisly aspect of the room.

Nisab looks frantically at the others when Jerry accuses her. Seeing suspicion on Adran's face she turns to those releasing her bonds. Sir Karl's words seem to calm her a little, and the Kender's efforts against her bonds. Pl... please... I... was brought here by a... a horrid creature... I don't even know where I am... I fell asleep in a glade and... she very nearly sobs, and awoke like this...

"Enough of this madness, this woman needs help." Anger rising in him he draws the silver sword that hung loosely at his side, his anger forcing the weapon against the spell that held his hand until now. The silver blade flashes against the bonds.

Mira's mind was on curtain until she heard the angry calls from Karl. she pushes the curtain and aside with one hand, "What in the Abyss is going on here?"

Seeing the sword fly up, and not following all the chatter. Pyros gets startled.
He will jump up on the chair, feet landing on the arms of the chair or the ladies lap.(Dex check?)
"Whoa, whoa whoa. Everyone calm down. I have a perfect way to see what is going on."
Pyros turns around so he is facing the lady, while standing on the chair she is sitting in.
These questions will be fired off lightning round style. Not waiting for answers. This will hopefully have 1 of 2 effects. Either she will be confused and start trying to answer them. Or have a fit and reveal her true nature.... (I love Kender)
"What was your grandfather's name? How many chickens did he have? How old was your grandmother when she died? What did your mother like doing best? How old was your father when he died?
What did you have for breakfast?"

The woman seems startled at the Keder's sudden leap, and stares at his barrage of questions. her eyes go wider and wider and wider Wha...? Why are you as... What does that have to... until at last she just glares at him. Ohh... fuck this. She drums one heel against the chair twice and the bony construction gives a sudden lurch. The woman's face and form distort as if the flesh itself were being mangled and molded by invisible hands until the figure of a grizzled old hag hunches in her place. A cruel, scratchy chuckle rises from her throat.
With unusual speed, the bones begin to move. Amid the creaking and cracking of the shifting bones, the old woman's laughter rises to become a maniacal shriek. With a final surge of speed, the bones around the chair stand upright and you find yourselves face to face with a giant skeleton. Deep within its rib cage, seated in a throne composed wholly of various bones, the old woman suddenly stops laughing and fixes her evil gaze upon the group. She clutches a gnarled wooden staff in one hand.

[the giant skeleton resembles the ones faced earlier but slightly larger]

Dont forget, if a character failed their save at the start of the complex (Mira, Jerry) I need a successful Int check for -each- arcane spell and a wis check for -each- cleric spell. Or a bennd/lift roll for drawing bladed weapons.
any attack rolls, specify the target (hag or skeleton).
If the hag is the target, roll both med and large damage. there is a chance a blow against her would strike the skeleton instead.

Does the grizzled hag still seem to be partially tied?

I knew I had a bad feeling about that so-called victim Adran will swing for the Hag with his short sword:
