"Ahh... OK?" Flatbelly nods, not quite sure how they got to full strategic conquering plan, even before they saw what's in the house. He looks longingly to the pub one last time, then fixes his eyes on the door and strengthen his nerves.

Tornak runs the plan over in his head and figures when it does go south this group should be able to handle it. Probably. Maybe.
"You got it GG. You want the noise of a barfight to cover our entry or not? It should take me 10 or so seconds to get one going if you do." Once GG has given his reply (and Tornaks ensuing mage hand trickery if required) Tornak wanders back the way they came with GG and takes a quick but circuitous route to the door previously mentioned.

"Just the noise they're making at the moment should do, provided we're quiet," answers GG. "Let's go, if we're all good with the plan." He looks at the other members of the group.

Renwick just nods in agreement. He takes a position on the opposite side of the street from the large window.

Ok, I will take Counterkids silence as agreement.

Order you are heading to the door.

Let's do actions in turn based on the order you are headed to the door. Kind of like a preorderd initiative.

Renwick will take up the rear guard(last in) unless there is combat sounds then he will rush through, watching down the streets.

Tornak will head off grabbing GG and tugging him if he doesn't follow.
"Keep a look out for me okay? Thanks." he asks GG as they walk away from the group. He will try to be silent and stealthy as they approach the door.
Stealth(7): [1d20+7] = 1+7 = 8 (awesome!!)
Once at the door he will check for traps, disarm traps if necessary, check if the door is locked, unlock the door if it is locked, then open it (push or pull with one arm keeping his body to the side), allow GG to enter (pulling his crossbow while doing so), cast message to whisper to Adrik that GGand Tornak are going in, then following GG inside.

Flatbelly follows carefully Tornak and GG sneaking in and once the mark to follow occurs he goes nonchalantly to the door and then quickly sneaks in.

GG goes with Tornak on the slightly circuitous route to the door, GG leading but not by much.
He stands quietly in a deep band of shadow ten or fifteen foot from Tornak.

***
GG casts Blur and activates Bladesong as Trionak does the lock.
When Tornak swings the door open, possibly entering if clear, GG go inside to take the lead, sword readied, with the objectitive of a swift, silent enty to move through and secure the back door amd then work back to meet the others*.

======
*The others following two or three combat rounds later after GG and Tornak have disappeared inside.
GG has advantage on Stealth skill check.
So GG follows Tornak to the door and then over takes him o lead through.

With the noise and activity in the bar no one even glances as the two make their way to the door. The three halflings try to look inconspicuous across the street. Seemingly successful.

Check the door, Perception and Investigation.(Tornak)

As Tornak looks the door over GG casts Blur.

Glancing over the door, Tornak sees it looks like the most rudimentary door there ever could be. Simple handle, not even a deadbolt.

Upon investigation he can tell it is not locked. The frame looks very square, and the hinges look to be in great shape. This door should open swiftly, and quietly.

He will relay that message to his stealth mate.

Backing away, he sees GG doing something. It resembles casting a spell, but not quite.(Bladesong)

Map1 is the view while Tornak checks the door, and GG activates his Blur and Bladesong. Please can you keep track of your buffs. Each action will be 6 sec just like a combat initiative.

Map2 is what GG sees once Tornak opens the door, and lets him past.
If is not lit, but darkvision easily works.

Any readily apparent noise inside? (what/where from)?

As the half elf slips past him through the doorway, Tornak softly rolls a copper wire between his fingers and points across the street at Adrik. Casting Message, he whispers "GG's in. Move, move move!"

He will move in next round in order to give the half elf a 6 second lead.

Flatbelly gives one more longingly look at the bar and joins the others quietly.

Assuming no readily apparent noise inside, GG moved quietly (max stealth mode) towards the rear looking for a backdoor. (unless its obvious this place wont have one*)
He plans to follow the line of barrel, moving along just east of them.

======
GG's speed is now 40'. If nothing with which to engage he'll use the Dash action to cover/scout as much of the ground floor as possible.
*This establishment appears to be 60' deep (at least) How deep was the structutre? i.e. would 60' be aboput right to be on another street or alley?

Map clarification, please:
what's the 10'x10' in the NW corner? A room? Or..?
on the west edge, just visible, N-S line of barrels?
to the NE, spiral stairs? up to next floor? down to basement? both?
to the south at the edge of GG's vission are two small crates (3'x3'x3')? And two larger crates (5'x5'x5')?
