I don't give individual XP at all lol.
I've got some needy players, we've been friends for 30 years.
Others don't keep track of it well enough, (my teenager) so having everyone at the same total is a nice perk.

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Okay, so do we have any spell preparation requests for the morning of the 6th? Landro's down one level now, and I think Jack's still down two?
I think Ke'Sha might have a Resurrection prepped, which could possibly be used on the Bronze Dragon. Just need a Limited Wish (there's one) to remove the 2-3 weeks of recovery time. Then another limited wish to restore (transmorgrify a few years of life energy into) a level (there's two) for Jack/Landro. And a final Restoration from Ke'Sha for the last missing level.
I think our earliest starting time is currently around 10:00 am. Stephen flubbed his Empower check this morning, so he can't do any more work on Landro's Dimension Blade gem. Just trying to decide if there's anything Stephen should be putting his time toward. If there's nothing, he might just spend the morning in Miss Gallus's uplifting company. Hanging out in her company is good for keeping telepaths from spying on you, since Protection from Evil 10' radius lowers the power scores of telepathic powers used against those close to her by 2 points (CPsiHB p110).

Re: Labyrinth OOC
We need TristenC agreement on the limited wish cancels recovery. And the ressurection of the dragon.
And we will have to delay the exit few extra hours to replace the ressurection/restoration. (Even with these Ke'Sha will still not be close to full spell capacity)

Yes, the 10% bonus for high prime stats would apply

Re: Labyrinth OOC
About the resurrection. I really don't think the Lord of Undead would like Ke'Sha using resurrection in the first place, much less to bring back a Good dragon, so attempt 'at your own risk' thing.
The Limited wish to undo the recouperation is iffy, but might be possible; However, it is not duplicating a known spell so it is much more risky, and you'd have to convince Allikhain it is worth it.
Lastly, you can't just wake up, cast a high level spell, then re-study it right away. That slot would be comsumed for the rest of the day. Casting anything basically qualifies as closing that window

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Does that mean Ke'Sha's Lord would also frown on bringing back Good teammates? We've been relying on that (at least I have) as a failsafe against PC death. Why is this only coming up now?

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Allikhain could use limited wish to bring a dead teammate back to life.
Jag has Raise Dead, which would work on party members
Resurrection is a significantly different level of ability (bringing back non humanoids and things/people that have been dead for a much longer time). It is not only coming up now, I have mentioned this type of thing to Bish several times before.
And that is also not to say it would be impossible for him to do so, but there may be rammifications for him for doing so.

Re: Labyrinth OOC
Okay, that makes sense.
And if Allikhain is our source for Bronze Dragon Resurrection via Limited Wish (TM), she's going to be in no shape to follow that up with anther Limited Wish to remove her own exhaustion, even assuming that would work on someone else...
Could Heal work for removing the exhaustion? It seems to me that removing exhaustion ought to be easier than restoring life.

Re: Labyrinth OOC
What I remember is that we discussed the long time to recover from resurrection and that good dragons can be draco-liched.
Several posts ago I wrote regarding the lord of the undead and resurrection.
I'd argue it bothers him. He is the Lord of the Undead. Not the lord of dead or death. There is no value in dead creatures for the lord of the undead, unless they can be animated. Now if good dead dragon can't be a powerful undead, then it is just rotting meat. Resurrecting it as a tool to kill creatures that can be turned into powerful undead, or to help Ke'Sha progress, that is something the Lord of the Undead would appriciate. Same goes for good teammate. Animating them, they are just weak skeletons, but using them in a way that will benefit the Undead (such as killing Evil dragon, then draco-liching it) would be much better use.
So since team mates, help Ke'Sha survive and spread the blessing of the Lord all around, I hope the Lord leaves such decisions to his high priest.

So Ke'Sha would probably lean toward resurrecting team mates. Working on his social skills and all... Regarding the dragon, well... I see a lot of danger in phrasing a wish that doesn't mimic existing spell. (Sending Ke'Sha or Allkahin back/forth in time/space. Having his mind choped so he doesn't feel it, or any other such tragedy).
out of game I'm not sure how much it unbalance the game or anyway if the dragon would join us or can fit into the dungeon. If anything, he was not so successful on the previous time he got here or was captured outside...
On the other hand, it's cool to have a pet dragon.
And I accept the judgement of not studying the spell after the resurrestion + restoration if that will be the final decision.
@TristenC - do we update the XP in the character sheet or you? Or was it updated already with the 10%?
