Mace base damage =1d6 so not applicable.
(Melee weapon with 1d6 dam or less would not require a peace knot.)

So, looks like only the longsword needs to be tied.
The others are d6 + STR bonus.
I would assume Sue would know of this rule, and have tied his knot before leaving bolt hole house.

Surely a watchman wouldnt need to adhere to this? But if he is hiding his association he would.
And yes that's fine, she didnt bring the Crossbow anyway, assume she has a peace knot for it and its still locked up at home. She just has the mace and her dagger.

If he was openly wearing his tabard, I wouldn't think he would use a peace knot. But he is trying to blend in a bit, so he will tie up the longsword.

Sue's not authorized to tie a peace knot (although he could still attempt it). Any of his equipment that would require one, would already have a peace knot (unless you choose otherwise)
Thanks all for the positivity and for going along with this.

Ok, why did we choose to come here again?
I'm gonna search the thread, again... since Sue should have a better memory than me since this only was discussed like an hour ago in game.
Whew we made a pretty big leap there... leathers with a lantern, to the sex palace named the hanging lantern lol.

Does the sign or logo of the Hanging Lantern resemble the markings on the leathers?

The logo is a reasonable match between the leathers and that of the building. There is also a key with a similar logo.
To clarify, the Lantern has 7 consulting rooms, each with its own lifestyle consultant (Matchmaker) and each reached via a different external (street) door.
If one wished a second consultation independent from the first, that would be possible.

Sue was about to pull out the leathers, but he will wait and see how this develops.

I suspect that Alecia had possession of the key. I've added that Nix popped out to check on her before rejoining the meeting. It's fine if you want to fit in a quick conversation or whatever.
