"No," answers Linar.
He adds quietly, "Not until tomorrow."

OOC - well I really struggled with this...

Feeling overwhelmingly exposed with the group of goblins to his immediate south, Jordek panics inside his own head and abruptly stabs the dagger forward into the back of the goblin he has his hand "restraining" Jordek Attack [1d20] = 13 , Damage [1d4] = 2 , releases the goblin and scurries back behind the relative protection of Nocturno and Eldan

[OOC]
Jordek was holding his target hostage (not resisting) so no attack roll was necessary. Dagger already at his back so backstab damage applied.
Nocturno, a crit is only on natural die-roll of 20. That was a ‘dirty’ 20, because the roll was [1d20+1] = 19 +1. Still a good hit though. Also, after looking back over the rules I think I made a mistake. Bonuses aren’t supposed to apply to the chart position for martial arts, just the bare die roll. Apologies for the error. I have left it as-is this round (since it works in your favor and the error is mine) but going forward will do it correctly. It would not have significantly changed the round either way.
[/OOC]
===
[Round 6]

Elden lashes out with a lightning-quick jab, crushing the nearest guard’s temple and sending him to the ground in a heap.
Nearby Nocturno offers his prayer to the Protector, and the healing light of his Pantheon’s Patriarch washes over the cleric; healing all but the most minor of his wounds. Carefully the high elf begins to withdraw, tugging at his ally’s shoulder to join him. ”Elden come with me, so we can regroup and take them out!” he urges, gesturing back to a more defensible position. The human spares him only a glance, wild adrenal rush in his eager young eyes. Spotting the narrow choke-point indicated only due to the torchlight in that area; the human sprouts an almost wickedly playful grin and nods. As the pair gradually shuffle backwards, Elden gestures for his enemies to follow with an excited glee.

Finding himself increasingly exposed, but with one less foe in the immediate vicinity, Jordek sinks his knife cruelly into the back of his goblin captive. The pitiful creature gurgles and claws backward ineffectually at his attacker before the Forest Gnome shoves him away to die twitching on the ground. Small legs moving quickly, the Squirrel Lord scampers back away from the front lines. Linar moves quickly to the torch and brings it forward so that the human and Gnome can see their attackers before concealing himself in an alcove nearby.

Howling in a wordless charge, goblins begin pouring from the southern passage to attack Dellinanth! The first manages to punch a hole in the Wood Elf’s leather armor before he can discard his bow and ready his spear. The next fails to make contact, but the elven man holds his position, casting a furtive glance back at his tribes-mate. One of the goblin Guardsmen rushes up to attack the elf as well, but his agile grace allows him to avoid the attack despite his wounds. Another rushes past Dellinanth to threaten Indendien. The nimble Wild Elf woman moves cautiously back behind the Protector Priest before firing her bow straight into her would-be assailant’s face! The small goblinoid drops like an overripe fruit. With Indendien in the clear, Dellinanth finally begins to withdraw, taking up a position just between Nocturno and Elden.

More goblins begin pouring forward and as some of the newcomers begin to try to circle around! Krok himself and a pair of his guards hustle right into the front, slashing cruelly at Elden and Nocturno with their wicked looking axes! The humanoids manage to avoid the cuts, and Elden answers with another jab like a striking viper! The blow catches the leader square in the forehead, making a loud KROK! noise and sending him to unconsciousness! Indendien fires again, but the shot goes wide.

[Actions R7?]
[Elden had to make a paralyzation save (for great willpower), fortunately the situation bonus outweighed his penalty, lol. I took a couple of liberties with Elden’s expressions since he is berserk. Hope you don’t mind ;) I saw Elden’s berserk as more of crazy-excited energy from one who has made fighting his life.]

Anticipating an incursion from the east, Linar creeps [MS] that way, keeping the rock wall on his right until he just exits the torchlight.
If nothing threatens immediately on the eastern flank, the dark skinned scout listens intently until his infravision kicks back in when he scans in an arc south through to NE.

***
If more than two or more foes on the eastern flank are to come within a 20' wedge of him, Linar cracks off his last spell: Colour Spray; otherwise he'll try and stick an arrow in an approaching foe. If the elf is not engaged he then falls back to the northern wall (niche north of the eastern edge of the torchlight).

Keeping his larger companions between himself and the goblins coming from the west, Jordek is going to move north to the crevice in the wall that a goblin emerged from earlier. It should be at the edge of the torchlight. He will hide himself at the edge of the crevice.

Elden presses his attack against the goblin guardsman, but the axe-wielding foe manages to evade his efforts. Nocturno prays once again for healing power, and touches the fighting human. The warm glow of divine magic surrounds the martial artist for a moment; healing some of his wounds. Jordek takes the opportunity to conceal himself in the stony crevice nearby. He hides, surrounded from behind by darkness his eyes can’t penetrate as he watches the circle of torchlight around his friends.

One of the goblins facing Nocturno manages to score a hit, fortunately only wounding the protective priest after his spell was cast. The high elf realizes his wounds are beginning to accumulate again. Nearby, the wild-elven man scrambles in the melee to recover his spear, managing to avoid his opponents for now.

One of the goblin regulars and a guardsman rush around the collection of columns to flank the party! Linar, anticipating the tactic, begins to move to hide himself in the shadows but the goblins manage to round the corner before he can get into position! Drawing upon his arcane training, the Drow unleashes a brilliant spray of illumination which dazzles the pair and sends them senseless to the ground. Another pair rush around the corner, hot on the heels of the first. They position themselves, preparing to attack the Drow.

Indendien fires into the combat, and the front lines clash; but in the maelstrom of melee no further blows land true.
