Re: Who uses 'gaming paper'?

Well color me shocked! Good customer service for a change! I got an email the following day (after I emailed Gaming Paper) and they offered to send me not one, but FOUR free rolls of mapping paper to make up for the inconvenience! 8O :) I think the rolls are going to work fine. I can't imag...

I'd have to cut each side of each page precisely, which is a ton of work. Not was I was paying for. They ...

Re: Who uses 'gaming paper'?

Well, I drove out to the closest gaming store that carried Gaming Paper... http://gamingpaper.com/ They didn't have the tubes/rolls, so I got the individual 8.5" x 11" page pack of 100 sheets. They suck. Good luck lining them up! This mess took me almost an hour, and it only got worse as t...

Re: Family woes.. Boo hiss..

It does sound like a very frustrating situation. Personally, I would want regular updates from someone, regardless of whether there was anything new to report. No news is good news, but you still gotta hear that there's no news. I hope this situation turns around for the better. Dealing with family ...

Re: Family woes.. Boo hiss..

Glad to see you spoke with your brother. Was it MRSA he had? Yikes! Like I said, lots of nutritional supplements out there that can help depression (cutting edge research is showing that many if not most cases of depression have their roots in nutritional imbalances and brain inflammation). If you w...

Re: Family woes.. Boo hiss..

Damn! That totally sucks! Do you know if it was adult onset diabetes? If so, you can manage it to a large degree. Is there any other family nearby that can check in on him and help with the situation? When you say he is in and out of consciousness - was he in a coma, or just recovering from surgery?...

Frost brand/flame tongue vs. flesh golem?

This came up during today's session. I'm not sure it's ever come up for me before, though it may have and I may have just forgotten how I handled it last time, seeing as I've been playing so long. The PCs went up against several flesh golems. One of the rangers has a flame tongue sword , and a frost...
