Re: Awesome D&D Book!

That is so awesome! Meph, is that one the red cover with the Larry Elmore art or the black and gold cover I linked to in my last post?

Re: Awesome D&D Book!

Yeah, that B&N special edition is the one I want. Has the Undermountain maps. Which other fold out maps does it have, do you know? I didn't page through all of it. Ok, now this has me confused. This version seems to have extra booklets and what not but I have no idea if it has the Undermountain ...

Awesome D&D Book!

I have this at the top of my Xmas wish list! https://www.amazon.com/Dungeons-Dragons-Art-Arcana-History/dp/0399580948 I saw this at a book store and OMG! So much good vintage material (with some of the new crap mixed in, unfortunately, but that makes a good contrast between the old quality and the n...

Re: Cleric vs. Cleric - Party Discord?

I'd say no, other than perhaps the god denying the spell working or taking effect on the recipient.

Re: Cleric vs. Cleric - Party Discord?

If the recipient is of similar alignment and/or working towards a cause that the cleric's god approves of (or better yet endorses/oversees the portfolio of), then perhaps a minor punishment for the cleric. If the cleric cast it on someone absolutely ...

Re: Fresh Starts??

If it were me, I'd allow a hard reset. Let the current characters move somewhere, semi-retired, who can be called on as NPCs or fill-in PCs in the future. If I understand it, some of the people "inherited" characters that were previously played by other players? I can see wanting to make a...

There's no question whatsoever - Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc - they all spy on you 24/7. Facebook listens in even when it's turned off. Everything is spyware. Candy Crush? Spyware. We live in a literal surveillance state. Even with your phone turned off, there are ways to track it. Deep state corr...

Re: Halloween Begins!

Some fans took the covers of various old Eerie Magazine covers and created a cartoon of them with the background of the Johnson Monsters Record that sold in the 70's. This is definitely not safe for work, unless the staff has a strong stomach! God this is awesome! https://www.youtube.com/w...

Re: Halloween Begins!

I've been decorating for 5 days now, finally done! I love Halloween! I swear, on October 1st I become a kid again until Jan. 2nd. All the holidays - Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year - it's one big 3 month holiday season for me! Comic books, magazines, toys, movies, costumes, presents...
