Tome of Magic Specialist Wizards

This export has the five specialist wizards from the Tome of
Magic with corrections from the Players Handbook and the addition
of the High-Level Campaign abilities.

The classes were renamed as follows:

Original Name           New Name
-------------           --------
Air Elementalist        Air Mage (ToM)
Earth Elementalist      Earth Mage (ToM)
Fire Elementalist       Fire Mage (ToM)
Water Elementalist      Water Mage (ToM)
Wild Mage               Wild Mage (HLC)

The Spells & Magic book modified the Elementalist wizards
and this version is the original Tome of Magic version, hence
the (ToM) at the end.  The Wild Mage is the same in both the
Spells & Magic and Tome of Magic, so I have added an (HLC) at
the end to indicate it also uses the High-Level Campaign
rules (this is what I place at the end of most of my custom files).

Note that you will have to add these classes to their
respective races to use them.

NOTE: Modifications only go to 30th level since, according
to the HLC, that is the highest level any character can
achieve.

NOTE: The Player's Handbook specifically states that THAC0s
continue to improve at the same rates after 20th level, but
the High-Level Campaigns book stops all THAC0s for characters
at 20th level.  Since these exports are designed to support
the HLC book, all HLC classes THAC0s stop increasing after 20th
level.

Separate files are available on my website with True Dweomers 
that are compatible with these wizard classes.

The following changes were made to the Elementalists and Wild Mage:

Elementalists
-------------
1st level  - Rewrote the Elementalist modifiers to eliminate the
             non-Elementalist notes
15th level - Improved Elemental Control
20th level - Access to True Dweomers
             Begin 10th level spells (True Dweomers) on spell selection chart
             Added all True Dweomers from HLC to database
             Improved Elemental Control
21st level - Sage Ability
             **THACO no longer increases**
24th level - Improved Sage Ability
27th level - Improved Sage Ability


Wild Mage
---------
1st level  - List all Wild Mage modifiers
20th level - Access to True Dweomers
             Begin 10th level spells (True Dweomers) on spell selection chart
             Added all True Dweomers from HLC to database
21st level - Sage Ability
             **THACO no longer increases**
24th level - Improved Sage Ability
27th level - Improved Sage Ability
